Superb

It was nice and everyone was nice and friendly

Everything was nice and everyone was friendly

The room layout and features. Seating was uncomfortable, especially the couch.

Really good location excellent breakfast great an excellent layout of the bedroom Some rooms have a musty smell with the front desk easily gets a new AC filter put in

This is a top notch establishment. We would return anytime The breakfast buffet is among the best in class.

This is a great home base for getting around Jacksonville, and visiting UNF. The suites are a great size with all the expected amenities. Breakfast was generous and staff were great.

Excellent location for traveling with a pet, the courtyard room was quiet and apartment-like and felt like home.

Would book days at this hotel

Exceptional

Rooms were dirty and no housekeeping.

Good breakfast Not crazy about our room. We needed a private bedroom and open space situation.

Pleasant

Mal olor a humedad y hasta Cucaracha en la habitación

I booked your facility specifically for the hot tub to help relax my tired and aching body after a long trip. I was really put out when I got there and found it was not working. After inquiring when it would be fixed I was told that they had been waiting for a part for a while, and didn't know when it would be fixed. This tells me that your company is to cheap to fix the problems and you don't care about false advertising. I also had a shower head in my room that just sprinkled water and could not be adjusted. I hated having to take a shower where it took forever just to get clean do to no water pressure, so you can see why I got really irritated when a friend of mine checked four days later and I learned that he had a shower head that was fully adjustable and had many water delivery adjustments on his shower head! The free breakfast was minimal at best and had no drink options available for diabetics. Overall this was a place to sleep at best.

Very well maintained, clean and easy to park and get around. Nice pool and gym with a great breakfast. Rooms are very spacious A bit of a surprise I had to pay for parking using an app. Didn't see that when I booked my stay but the price was reasonable. Maybe have an option to pay at the front desk

The hall carpet is a bit worn but the room carpet was nice so don’t judge the room quality by the hallway!

The breakfast was great with many differenet items every day. Friendly staff always helping.
