It was ok. This is a cheap hotel, so as long as you're not expecting too much it's fine.

This app is not communicating with the hotel. We requested a handicap access room. Booked almost 3 months out when we get there not only did we not get the handicap room they then moved us to a room that had two beds not the king we ordered and no access for handicap. They did try to make it right and they did show us where this app is not talking to them at all it’s not showing them the notes it’s not showing them anything. We’ve been going to the same motel for a couple years now three or four times a year when we travel. I have no problems with the staff. I have no problems with the rooms being clean. I have none of that. I do have a problem when I need a handicap room and can’t get one.

Clean

Wife woke up to roaches crawling on her and they were roaches in the bathroom. Staff tried too dispute it saying the never saw roaches.

First walking into room was fine i even told my ride to leave. Check in lobby kinda small and old looking but not the end of the world. Once i started getting settled in to my room i ended killing a few crickets and other bugs. then the more I started to look around, I naturally take pictures of hotel rooms for prior damages, different things so there was a little bit of that throughout the room, but then I noticed under the AC that was partially falling off the wall, multiple webs with dead bugs in them all over there was stuff splattered all over the base of the lamp. Don’t know what it was. It was dried. The fridge wouldn’t even get cold. It looked like what was either mold or dust, but possibly mold up by the fan in the bathroom. And last, but not least it looked like there was small facial hairs in my bedding all over the base layer sheet.

I got booked twice for the same night and they wouldn't give me my money back

Bathroom wasn't as updated as the rest of the room,

The room was clean. Ran out of hot water mid shower and the door didnt seem to latch properly. Super sketchy location.

I liked the price and it's proximity to where I needed to be. There were roaches and fleas, it had random fluids and sticky spots on the counters, and the staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming.

No pool and on the side of the road, very outdated. You can hear everything that goes on outside. If you need a quick one night stay okay but any longer id book somewhere else. The beds were not comfortable to us the ac made loud noises.

Nice place. Very clean and good furniture.

Cockroaches (tried two rooms).

It was clean and the staff is always pleasant. The staff talking outside of my room window at 7 AM in the morning woke me up.

Good clean room at a great price.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was nicer than what I expected. The room was clean. The noise right on the blvd. The lady at front desk wasn’t remotely friendly.

I don't like bugs in my room.
