Dirty and disgusting place. Do Not Stay here. Ran down. Barely cleaned. Worst hotel to ever stay. Definitely not what I expected from a Wyndham hotel

So nice and comfortable, it's newly renovated. Friendly staff. On a busy road but would definitely stay again!!!

The room I was in the shower was taped together. The fire alarm was ripped out of the wall. The fridge did not work. The floors were sticky and so was the tv remote. The only good thing it had hot water and clean sheets.

I reserved a handicapped room and there's nothing handicapped about the room. Staff was not friendly at all.

Was awesome that we could have our dog there. But the door to our room was coming off the hinges, had a dead cockroach in the room as well the second day. And had dirty towels.

Was really creeped out when a staff member unlocked our door when we were napping and started to come in.. I was ready to check out then.

We checked in late and left early. The room was clean and ac worked.

The pictures online don’t compare to what is actually there. It is run down in the ghetto part of Jacksonville. Use the term newly renovated lightly. Sure the rooms were updated but leave much to be desired. The staff must have seen our faces as they raced to quickly run our card and get our key card made. There was a dying palmetto bug on the floor when we stepped in. The floor was dirty. Sheets were clean. The door jam looked as thought it had been pried open by one too many swat teams. It is extremely loud outside with passing traffic. The upstairs people ran around until the wee hours of the morning. It’s a long building with the office in the middle. It’s like the monthly renters live on one side and the hotel guests stay in the other. People working on their broken down cars in the parking lot. Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this place honestly.

The first room they gave us was completely flipped upside down. Bed upside down, literally. Fridge and cabinets pulled away from the wall. TV off the wall mount. It was crazy. We took a video. I went downstairs and showed the man at the front desk. He assured me he would give me a new room and then asked me to delete the video. I told him "sure, after I see the new room." He said "oh so you want to play that game." I told him I was not playing any games, I want to see the next room. Well, the next room was a room with a person already in it. I opened the door and the jam did stop it but I could see a man laying in his bed. I went back to the front office and of course, I'm irritated at this point and my boyfriend is visibly getting more and more irritated. Finally, the last room was okay. It looked how I would have expected my first room to look at worst. There was still some dead bugs and some leftover used soap in the shower but the bed looked clean and made up and the room was decent. We still stayed for the two nights we booked but we will never stay again! That's for sure. We didn't get to take a hot shower for the 3 days we were on our trip because the water doesn't run hot. It was cold!

More fees when I showed up even after doing the online check in. Probably to cover cost of all the roaches that were taking over my room. Power was out for several hours with no explanation. Key card kept not working. Had to have it reset every single time I left the property. I will never choose anything by Best Western. I will never choose anything by Wyndham. Any business putting their name on this business and saying they operate under those names, I cannot and will never frequent. This establishment is disgusting and should be burned to the ground. To think a restaurant shares a common wall with this roach hotel makes it even more disgusting. I hope this review has been as clear as it has been factual.

Walked into the room and roaches on the floor up the walls bathroom toilet was leaking all over the floor. Did not stay shut door and left
