Air conditioning was loud and kept turning off and on and was loud doing it, I talked to the staff the next day. I just think it needed to be fixed

The room smelled like a dog and the floor’s were filthy, it was water leaking from the ceiling. The lady at the front desk was nice when we got there on Thursday, but the other two from Friday through Sunday wasn’t very pleasant. They really need to upgrade the stay wasn’t good at all.

Everything was good with the property. The staff was good. They was short on help with the laundry. No towels or wash rags. You had to get them from the front. The shower in my room was screwed up but it still worked half the time. Other than that it was good. I will be going back

Jacked up the pet fees to $100 per pet per night, not ideal if you’re traveling with pets.

Room was clean and hotel was clean and it was in a decent location, pool was broken and we were looking forward to having access to pool since we were out of town visiting family . Staff was pretty friendly. We were just disappointed about not knowing about pool ahead of time

I booked this property for the pool, pool wasn't open. Beds were sooo uncomfortable, wouldn't stay here ever again.

Breakfast was certainly adequate. Good location, handy to Camp Lejeune. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. De La Rosas Taqueria is well worth a stop.

This suburban studios is better than other city suburban studios. However, the ac is abit noisy. I still can sleep but I'm not sure about others.

DO NOT STAY ALONE!!! I have stayed at the suburban in Jacksonville for a week. I sat alone at the back picnic table and was offered a drink by patrons that I was not a party of. I took two sips from the female and remember nothing ekse but waking up bruised, barely able to walk, no panties and bleeding. I assume was roofied and raped here this week. I have bruises and a sore pelvis. I Don’t remember a thing. Nothing. Two sips from a female and the males took good fun in it. I am embarrassed and feel disgisting. I immediately filed a police report including my things that were incaluable stolen. I had a rape kit done, and other things have happened at this hotel. The manager daid ‘I dont think this is the hotel for you’ and proceeded to have police escort me off the premises.

Air conditioning worked fine. The room 434 smelled bad? Couldn't quite make out what the terrible odor was. Sheets were scratchy. The floor was the dirtiest floor I had ever walked on. Elevator had a large hairball on the floor.

Booked for Wilmington. Didn’t realize Jacksonville was showing in the search. Realized address right after booking. Requested to cancel but they didn’t accept.

The room was spotless and clean and I had a problem and receptionist came in a swift manner and resolved the problem
