Breakfast was good and the property was convenient as we are in town for a family wedding. We did not use the pool or any other amenities so I can’t speak on that.

Room was great. Housekeeping kept us stocked with toilet paper and fresh towels daily. The staff were all friendly and we would stay here again if back in the area.

Nice place, nice staff but super hard uncomfortable beds

The desk clerk was not very professional. Not very friendly. Not a good experience.

The first room we were given had a problem with the PTac unit and the floors were wet throughout, due to excessive moisture in the air. Fortunately, we were moved. The bathroom was ok, the room ok, the overall property could use renovation. The mattresses were firm plank and uncomfortable. Pillows had no consistency, you need four pillows to equal one regular bed pillow. Also bath towels were very thin and cheap. If they upgraded their beds, pillows and bath towels, it would greatly improve this property.

My only concern is that there was no substitute for pork during breakfast, but that wasn't a big deal because I ate the waffle and drank the orange juice so I was fine.

The hot tub wasn't working properly because there were no bubbles, making it impossible to enjoy. The indoor pool was extremely cold, so it wasn't comfortable to swim in. The bottom plate in the hot tub moves, and my son cut his toe, the flooring in the pool area had holes. The bathroom door in the pool area was consently locking kids in the bathroom. We appreciated that the staff attempted to address the issue, but the overall experience fell short of our expectations. For the price we paid, we expected properly functioning amenities and a clean, pest-free room. Hopefully these issues are addressed so future guests can have a better experience.

El lugar estaba súper limpio y en relación precio calidad y para ser un hotel de paso estaba bastante bueno la piscina y el hidromadaje funcionaban bien y había muy poca gente los cual fue muy agradable para nosotros en general todo estuvo bien solo el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones que tocaron a la puerta y les dijo amos que si nos daban 20 min para salir de la habitación y nunca volvieron para limpiar pero en general nos gustó

The Hotel was clean on the inside considering on how it look from the outside i wasn't so sure .Outside didn't look to appealing compared to how it looked online. Rooms were well kept though. Some of the Staff was ok. One of the staff members were taking their time a little to check people in but other then that , other staff members were helpful.. The hot tub and pool area needs work. The area could use an upgrade! Looks old. Other then that, i was grateful that they even had a hot tub its hard to get a hotel with a affordable price as the room was that has a hot tub. Overall i really don't have any huge complaints. Breakfast spread was good enough for the price of the hotel. I felt like i got my moneys worth.. Oh yeah The parking lot is tight,so you really gotta fight to get a good spot.. Parking Lot real small.

It was a place to sleep, not much more.

Took my babies down to Jacksonville, NC for my birthday. Im so glad we booked this hotel. Very clean & Very close to EVERYTHING. the pool was so fun for the kiddos I didn't even have to travel the 45 mins to the beach.. big plus for me! We got to do everything else we planned to do 💕 Unfortunately there is always a little bad with the good. My biggest complaint is the first night the hot tub was the best thing smoking, very hot & working, the very next night there was nothing and it wasn't getting hot. I still got in though 😊. The vending machine upstairs stopped working- the nice lady at the front did help me, and I appreciated that. The gym equipment was not working (I checked BUT excersise was not on my mind 😁) and lastly the breakfast was good I was a lil irritated the second day as there was not any more biscuits and nobody made any more so the second day it was only hot waffles along with the other usual hotel breakfast. Very Very affordable!! Very Very comfortable, for my self and 3 teenagers. Very Convenient! Very Clean! Friendly Staff! Pet Friendly (we didn't have a pet but seen many beautiful ones)!! MCDONALD'S NEXT DOOR CONNECTED TO A GAS STATION+++ 9/10 definitely recommend

Horrible broken furniture that you wouldn't even buy at the Goodwill. The ceiling look like it had caved in and was such a rough patch two different colors of paint hollow core door to the room with a chain lock. When I asked for a better desk chair they just brought me another chair with damaged arms. Both chairs were sized for young adolescents They were not even adult size. Do not stay. I spent $100 a night for here and the breakfast was not good either.

On the photos it seems like a descent place. But it is not. After driving for 14 hours we wanted a shower and bed , and it was one bad thing after another. The room had a weird moldy smell. Everything seems really outdated. We looked around for 10 mins and decided to go some place else. Never again

Very clean room and located in a very convenient area. The lobby smelled good and was sparkling clean. Only downside was the AC leaked all over the floor because it was so hot out, but maintenance cleaned it up. Would definitely stay again.

We were given a room that had an air conditioner, laying on a four wheeler and a shop vac in there. We switched to a room that was dirty and stunk like mold. I was afraid to have my kids in the room.
