Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Camp Lejeune Area by IHG

Overall, my stay was ok. Unfortunately, my room was not clean and smelled of mildew. I was unable to change rooms due to none being available.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good and freshly made every morning. Thank you Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville for the awesome stay.

Nice indoor

Staff was great, breakfast was good, very clean place to stay Pillows a little uncomfortable when you have neck pain, so I would bring my own next time

Location to Camp Lejeune and town for things to do. The room was dirty, there was paint pealing from the wall under the shower. We reserved a room with a king bed and were assigned a room with a queen bed. The breakfast was satisfactory but cold and the same items offered day to day.

The room did not offer a second chair, just a chaise that had been "used" badly.

Room was updated. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Within walking distance to shopping center.

Our stay was nice however both beds in our room were noisy and had large dips in the center.

Family's room was nice... Our room was dirty and was the quality of a super 8 motel.. pillows smelled, room was moldy/ mildew odor. Flooring was destroyed in our room... asked for a room change and they couldn't offer one due to being at 100% capacity.. bread stale/ hard , bananas rotten with breakfast. Finger went into banana while trying to pick it up. Apples mealy. Asked for a manger and no one was at the hotel.. I would never book here again

The bed and pillows are outstanding

Our stay was very good, the rooms were clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable even though they were kinda low to the ground. Being over 6ft it was a little awkward but fine for the kids and my wife lol. The breakfast they offer is one of the best I've had staying at different hotels. The hotel is very centrally located with just about everything you need around it. My family and I never had to drive more than 5 minutes to get somewhere. The kids loved the pool, which is indoors so didn't have to restrict their time worrying about the sun. All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

The lady at the front desk Sunday morning is awesome she was so helpful and understanding

The room smelled moldy ,the Queen size beds are small listed as standard but measurements did not add up about a foot shy in with .You should not be able to touch both side while lay down.The are conventional full size not queen as listed .Room listed standard room but small to have 2 queen that are full size and would not fit a pull out couch.for a party of 4 it very close quarters. Bring a single blow up matress to fit comfortably tight for all adults Very disappointed in accommodation no other rooms available to switch .Would not recommend a party of 4 adults. It would be ok for 2 adults maybe 2 small kids under 8 .Very disappointed in the misrepresentation of queen size .Would not do this place for us again.Did not accommodate us comfortably had to purchase a single blow up to do so .

Great hotel

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. I especially appreciated that the room had no carpeting, which made it feel cleaner and fresher. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
