The bed was the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in in a hotel omg the bed and the pillows. wow I almost missed breakfast from hitting snooze. And they have free bottles of water anytime. Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was the best i have had in a long time in a hotel. Was so impressed with this hotel. had an indoor pool and nice gym too. Only thing i saw as slightly negative was the shower head was just one spray lol but still a great hot shower.

There were several live bugs found in the room we were assigned, once brought to the desk's attention, they gave us a different room. Our daughter was still nervous about staying there due to the bugs however

There was some rusted places in the bathroom ,but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. All the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. I liked the complimentary bottled water and breakfast.
