Awesome Place to stay in Jacksonville !!!!!

The Hotel smelled so inviting when you walked in. The overall condition of this Hotel was beautiful! Staff was so friendly! I will return! I liked Everything!

I love the decorations and show casing the Marines. Being a Marine mom made me proud. Clean room.

The fire alarm went off in the evening. Some folks left, some didn’t. Apparently if you take too hot a shower the steam sets off the alarm. We traveled with young kids who were frightened after this experience. Breakfast was ok. We have stayed in other choice hotels with a wider range of food options. The second room we were assigned - Beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean. All appliances worked.

The only good thing was Sam, she was helpful and accommodating. The property looks “painted over”…it’s a low budget hotel that wants to be a Hilton. My flight was cancelled from California to Jacksonville due to bad weather in Atlanta so I had to re book and tried to cancel my first nights stay at this hotel as I would not be arriving until the next day. The hotel person that I spoke to, Bhavin Patel, was less than accommodating. I then called Expedia, who I booked it through, and they were more than happy to refund my first nights stay. The hotel refused. After 3I minutes on the phone, no satisfaction. I arrived the next day and Sam checked me in, I explained the situation, she told me she was a couple of weeks new and apologized. My granddaughter, who I was there to see was in the hospital and I was rushing to get there. Upon returning to the “motel” the fire trucks were outside and we could not enter the building for what seemed like FOREVER! Finally we’re allowed in. The TV did not work, the phone in the room did not work, and after seeing Emergency Response teams , I felt I needed a landline. I severely bruised my knees on a metal piece on the bed that was protruding on the side, that the mattress should have been covering, I will never stay at this “motel” again. I fly to Jacksonville, several times a year to see and pick up a very special granddaughter. I will avoided this establishment going forward and urge anyone else to do do. Low budget. Not clean. Not friendly.

Nice customer service It was dirty, from the beds to bathroom. White doors not properly cleaned, toilet had hair around them. The showers had brown stains on the floor and walls.

The property was clean, convenient and pleasant. The breakfast is very nice with a wide assortment of foods. I’m not crazy about the bathroom mirror.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating Room was not its usual standard. Sheet had a stain and bathroom was dirty. Peeling furniture and a musty smell in the room. Very disappointing as we have been using this hotel for two years with no issues.
