The hotel desk agent was absolutely fabulous. He was a pleasure to deal with and brought a wonderful sense of comfort while staying at the hotel. He should be a treasured employee.

Good breakfast. Close to Camp Lejune Booked two rooms and had to request a move as one room smelled very musty and has "stuff" splattered on one of the walls. Staff was very accommodating about the move.

Location is great and close to everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and was well stocked. The rooms were clean and comfortable. the second time we stayed here the shower had a clogged drain and standing in backed up water wasn't appealing. Soon as we let the front desk know they immediately changed our room and let us make sure everything in the new room was to our liking. The lights are white bright. I would have chosen warm colored lights it would make the rooms feel more comforting and easier on the eyes but that's just a personal preference not an actual complaint against the hotel.

The beds were comfy. There was a terrible smell in the hallway and in the rooms. There was black mold in the air conditioning unit. The chairs out by the pool smelled of mold so bad and were mostly broken.

Front desk was not helpful as we were not checked in at 2:15. We were told we cannot go to our rooms before 3pm

Property was very clean & comfortable, very inexpensive as well. Check in process took longer than it should’ve & front desk clerk was rude and speaking on the phone on a personal call the entire time. After coming home from an over 12 hour travel that is not what I needed.

Close to the Wilson Gate on base and restaurants. Needs some repairs, but for the price, it was ok.
