The pool and room had mold on bottom of bed frame and mattress.

Roaches, staff is rude and enters room unannounced, pool is green w/algae, and only 2 towels twice a week or there is an additional fee

We were highly disappointed that breakfast was only frosted flakes and raisin bran. Also, the main reason we chose this hotel was because of the outdoor pool, but it looks and smells like an old nasty toilet.

Pool was green and had trash in it, no microwave or anything in room, it smelled, a continental breakfast of two stale cereal option was absurd, only sugar for coffee but no sweetener for anyone who can’t eat sugar. It also smelled.

I had a stay for three nights and didn’t stay even one. I arrived and was put in a room where none of the outlets worked and there was mold on the mattress. Requested another room and the other room had bed bugs, cockroaches, mold in the corners of the bed, and non of the outlets worked. Staff wasn’t helpful just kept repeating that they couldn’t help. Couldn’t cancel the trip on Expedia because the stay was “in progress”.

It was awful it had bed bugs and roaches. No choices for breakfast and it stunk Nothing.

The room was clean and fair priced It was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in .in my life it hurt my back and sides the bed was so hard they don't replace your towels but take the dirty ones and the trash was only taken out once the whole week I was there it's smells of pot everywhere and it's so hot there's no AC on anywhere when you get in your room the first thing you want to do is turn on your AC if you're there in the summer fair warning it's going to be extremely hot in your room and stuffy.. but I could deal with everything else except for the uncomfortable beds they are painful and that is the one reason I will never stay there again!!!

This place smelled like pure pot, staff did not want to give a receipt and refused a refund. Also charged taxes on our deposit so did not get full deposit back. The pool was closed place of was nasty and beds were like a rock and with stained sheets and flat pillows. Had no option but to spend one night in was horrible and so glad I had my own pillows and blanket would never recommend!

Place was a dump, could not get a refund but ended up going somewhere else. Save yourself some trouble and book somewhere more reputable. My mistake for not checking the place out before booking.

Pool was nasty, shower was also nasty, whole place smelled of cigarettes and I had to go back 3 times just to get my right room.
