Good service and clean rooms

Very good.

Everything is very old. All the appliances in the king bedroom suite are clearly dated and very well used. I stay in a lot of hotels in Jacksonville and I would say it’s below average. Even the motel six has better quality features in the room. Just a heads up all occupants of the room have to present your ID before going into the room, regardless of the time of day and it’s not advertised on Hotels.com. So if you’re getting in late, they don’t care. Also, all the trash cans around the property looked like they hadn’t been emptied in days. The bed was relatively comfy and in terms of cleanliness it was slightly above average.

The hotel overall was ok would I stay back at this property No, people were playing music in their rooms to loud couldn’t sleep, dogs barking throughout the night when mentioned to staff they basically told me to basically ignore it just very disappointed overall

Not bad but not cool that the place is basically a dog pound, I wish the rules were more enforced on certain things. Not really fair to people who have pet allergies and more. Staff and cleanliness good overall

Staff were great and hotel was very clean it was ny first time staying but I will definitely be back next month The pet fee but I i understand because she is an emotional support animal

The only minor inconvenience we had was the smell of weed in the hallway twice but the room itself was great! We were notified before arriving the elevator was temporarily out of service which was fine with me and my husband. We needed the extra steps LOL! Our room was close to the stairwell so we could quickly access our cars when needed. The staff were so sweet! The property was very quiet and you couldn’t hear the main road despite how close it was. Was a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!!

Our stay there was very comfortable. The staff always had a smile on their faces and happy to help with any needs. The rooms were a great size, very roomy and tidy.

Need to increase pest control. Roaches were present in my room (219)

What stood out the most was his positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable with my choices, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who combines professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge so effortlessly. I truly appreciate the outstanding service Thomas provided and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great customer experience I am a light sleeper so the room above me had contractors and I could hear them, however I did sleep well and I also informed staff and the next night it was decent.
