We have no complaints about our stay at Candlewoods Suites. Room was clean, the staff was very professional and the perks are amazing. Highly recommended.

When we got there to check in we got our room and the locknwas broken to the room you could just push the door in. They gave us another and the toliet waa broken just kept making a loud screeching noises. Got another room key would not work to open the room. They gave us another room open the door and it was already occupied. We walked right in on a lady. After that they gave us anither room and everything in that room was good to go. Overall it tokm over an hour after we areived to actually get settled in a room.

OMG the bed was so comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet, unlike a lot of hotels they had a stove and a full size refrigerator I was able to eat it my healthy food. The only negative was the water pressure coming out of the shower head took a long time to get rinsed off because of that Water pressure in the shower was very minimal

Nothing The desk personnel, the lady charged me the amount and the deposit and then said me that is not available my room. My husband had to talk to press for a solution and they gave a room dirty an hour later. The worst experience that we had.

the room had a small kitchen the service. some of the staff at the front desk were really rude. also I was there for eight days and my room was never cleaned once even though I asked

The lobby, hallways was dirty and unsatisfactory. The lady (Indian) was rude, didn’t acknowledge the customers, didn’t speak until spoken to. Had my hand out to receive my money, she laid on the counter rather than putting it in my hand. The building needed cleaning on the outside. I tried finding another hotel, but non wasn’t available. In other words I was disappointed at the condition of the place.

Worst hotel experience ever - the hallways reeked of weed (even though it was a non-smoking hotel), the floors in my room were sticky & unclean (the white towels gave it away when wiping up water in the bathroom), the chairs were slimy feeling and my husband, infant & I woke up to bed bugs in the bed/pillows!! Told the front desk staff & they said they’d have management reach out about refunding the room but never heard anything. I’ve stayed in a variety of hotels my whole life - this was by far the worst. Never staying here again.

The hotel didn’t have hot water. I had to leave early. I would not recommend this location.

Everything was great and worth the while

Location was close to everything I needed to be close to. Quiet hotel and had no issues during my stay other than a domestic situation that had the cops out at the property. No hot breakfast.

Not very friendly and looked nothing loke the website will not be staying here aagain checked out after 1 night and went somewhere else
