The staff was very friendly and understanding. I did not like that the rooms were not as clean as they could've been and there were bugs in my first room. Thankfully the staff was able to move me but kept me close to my 2nd room.

Staff responded quickly to change rooms when we reported moldy smell, loose toilet seat, cracked sink & floor tiles & peeling paint on walls. However, next room was great but FREEZING 64-66 degrees for 4 days & never fixed.

The first night, the air conditioning was broken & there were little curly black hairs all on the shower wall. Staff on day one was very sweet & friendly & she changed us to a different room on the 2nd floor. First thing we noticed was a giant toenail on the floor 😳. We also saw an imprint of a shoe on the wall, where someone smashed the guts out of a roach.ALL night long, we couldn’t sleep due to the noise..ppl stomping around above us. This went on until 4am! Saw large roaches in several areas of the hotel. (Staff refers to them as palmetto & water bugs) They are indeed giant cockroaches!! I asked staff if they could plz put us on the top floor due to the noise. The lady who was working on day 2 wasn’t very friendly. The last night we stayed was very quiet on the top floor BUT there were fleas. It wasnt infested or anything but after seeing more than one, there were fleas! The maid who works there is the sweetest. She’s always so nice & helpful. They really should give her a raise! In the past, we had a pretty pleasant experience but after this one, we will not be back. This place has really gone down hill.

Staff As soon as you walk in, it smells really bad, moldy like. The luggage carts are kept together with duct tape and there were huge bugs in the hall and rooms and stains on the bedding. I literally walked in and had to kill a bug, wasn’t staying to attempt to kill a second… I actually saw a second one! Was too scared to even put my luggage on the ground

The room and bathroom was clean and the ladies in the front were nice and friendly. And they helped me with a situation that happened to me at the hotel. The maintenance man walked in my room without knocking and said “i’m here to fix the TV” I feel like that should’ve been done before I got there. I had no clothes on I was in the middle of changing because I just checked in that behavior is unacceptable even after I told him hold him he was still standing at the door. He didn’t even apologize at all. I just checked in my room 30 mins after I checked out because of him. He needs to be fired.

Breakfast okay. Location good. Dirty sheets in bed. Went to front desk , got clean sheets and we changed sheets ourselves . See pictures of dirty sheets and maintenance things that should be addressed . Not the Comfort Inn quality!
