Rooms are ALWAYS CLEAN AND fully STOCKED. Property is old but maintenance greatly improved, even picking up after pets better. Nick, Sarah, and Dallas at the front desk are AMAZING! So helpful and kind. Cleaning lady and housekeepers are do an excellent job and are so friendly. I stay here at least 2-3 times per month.. and it’s very comfortable

The room was not very clean and had an awful smell

One of elevator closiest to room didn't go to room from 1st floor. Had to walk down long hallway on first floor take elevator up to the 4th floor and walk back down the long hallway to the room that I was saying in. There are also was a smell in the room like a musk that made us uncomfortable. The shower head had a leak in it it was spraying the wall.

The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly and accommodating but i killed 2 small roaches in my room. One was on the countertop b/w the stove and sink. And the other was on the hightop table thats meant for ppl to eat their meals at. I had never stayed in a Main Stay and didn’t realize that it was like an Extended Stay hotel.

I loved the view, and the fact the location was near fast food restaurants a grocery stores gas stations that was so convenient! The staff were really nice and helpful. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property. The only thing that I can say that I didn’t really like was the traffic getting out of the parking lot other than that everything was awesome.

The first time we stayed was great. this time the room wasn’t good. it wasn’t as clean, the toilet handle was broken, the door handle was broken, the elevators were broken.

Th location was great. The room size met our needs as we were traveling with our dog. Staff was nice, especially Teresa. There was an internet problem in the area. Not necessarily the hotel's fault. The elevators were having issues. They got one fixed, and it broke again. They were having trouble getting technicians to keep appointments to come back to fix them. Still, our stay was ok.

It was dirty, Wi-Fi didn't work, elevator didn't' work and there were multiple complaints in room with bed bugs and cockroaches.

This property was in a good location for our needs. While our room was not ready at check in time, it was shortly after. The WiFi was not working during our stay. Large comfortable room with full kitchen and desk that would be helpful for those with extended stays.

Found a few roaches

Although I was in a nonsmoking room, it smelled strongly of smoke. Also the shower had shampoo but no conditioner. But the bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean.

I would not recommend staying here at all, especially with the other hotels in the area that offer a lot more and we’re much cleaner

The hallways and room had a smell to it needed to buy Febreze

Location was good and it was clean Lots of rust on hardware, hole in tub, stove didn't work, no oven (said full kitchen), limited cookware, staff was marginal, elevator broken for part of stay, no ac in hallways or elevator.

Pay for what you get. Staff was very helpful and bed was clean were the only highlights of the stay. We arrived and had water all over the floor. Informed staff and they found out it was coming from laundry next door. If there is moisture coming from one side of the wall to the other consistently, (maintenence knew exactly where the water was coming from) there's a high chance of black mold in the wall. Room smelled like mildew and the air conditioner could not keep the room cool. There was a hole in the bathroom door like it had been punched. Light switch was backwards so down was on. Bathroom door was rotting out and loud to open. Door was probably rotting due to there being no way to vent the bathroom, there was a vent but no switch for it, so a shower turned the bathroom into a steam room. Shower had sand in it and was either scalding hot or cold. You had to fiddle with the dial for 10 minutes before getting in because it didn't work as it should. We had 3 bath towels for 4 people and the hotel wouldn't give us any extra due to "being at capacity". Overall the property needs a major update and we would not recommend this hotel. I will spend an extra $100 a night next time to avoid it.

It wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst.

Overall it was ok, but the staff was rude at the front desk when the room was rented for an additional night, I called the store and set it up for my girlfriend to come down and have the keys re keyed since we were staying in the same room then when she went down to do it the lady was very rude about doing it, after it had already been set up for this. Idk she did it but with an attitude

It was within a 15 minute drive to my family. It has a cute outdoor seating area and it was quiet.
