When we arrived home, I found bug bites in my body.

The location is great. Lots of walking great food options. Everything. The rooms are disgusting, elevator didn’t work, breakfast was gross.

Convient location, small pool,price is decent. Unfortunately the floor was damp rhe whole time in the room and gross. Think it was the humidity but it was still bad. Things were rusted as well because of it. Kinda sketchy people/situations. Didnt feel completely safe.

Freshly renovated room with every single appliance covered in rust (room 313). Loose toilet, cracks and breaks and holes in drywall, musty smell. Questionable activity on the premises resembling criminal activity. Lots of neighborhood people coming in and out. Everything

The staff was excellent, the nighttime staff member cleaned up a mess quickly when a painting randomly fell off the wall and shattered. However, the air conditioning system didn’t work well and the bathroom became foggy very quickly because there was no fan-vent system to use.

My name is Lester Christopher Pomare I've stayed there about three times now. Everything was great. Breakfast,gym,pool and staff. Maybe next time you'll have a dryer. Now I'm waiting for my refund on my card because my friend payed for the room. We stayed the 7th to 9th

Location close to Camp LeJeune and food. Desk clerk was under the influence of something and not able to supply keys. There was a small trash can in the lobby catching water leaking from the ceiling. After unloading, I went to get ice at which tie she said she got the key program to work but she'd bring the keys to us. Needless to say, 3 hours after we checked in, the clerk had disappeared. There were people sitting in the lobby for an hour before we went to the lobby again regarding keys. When the clerk finally appeared after roughly an hour an a half, it looked as if she'd been sleeping (hair messed up) with a towel wrapped around herself. She became very hostile when asked about the keys and then began arguing and screaming at everyone in the lobby. She called 911 and attempted to have me removed. The 3 officers who arrived noticed something was really wrong with the clerk who continued to scream that she wanted me trespassed and removed with no refund. Claimed she called the manager but never did. She called 911 on the officers who immediately took her phone and cuffed her. She almost went to jail. Dispatch contacted the manager who showed up, took care of the keys within 30 seconds and at the end, the clerk was fired. In addition, the first room had a broken AC and a towel under it that was all wet. Moved to a different room only to have way too much moisture in the air and everything became damp. There was mold/mildew on the side of the desk that I saw when packing up to check out. The lid to the toilet tank was also broken and moldy inside. I did file a complaint with Booking.com and Choice Privileges.

Everything, too noisy, staff not very friendly, had to get my key reprogram every evening, housekeeping just took out trash did not put clean towels so we had to go ask for them. Hotel needs an upgrade

loved this property. This is probably my number one pick anytime I’m here in Jacksonville, North Carolina. The prices were amazing and affordable. The breakfast is top-tier every morning, buffet style and they always make cookies every day, chocolate chip and peanut butter and they set it out by the coffee and they also have 24/7 coffee and overall it’s a great site and their pool is nice too, smaller but it goes from 3 to 5 feet and it has a outdoor shower as well and it’s honestly perfect for a good affordable stay, 9/10 for sure. Also, the TVs in the rooms are all a flatscreen 55 inch TV on their website It says 35 inches but it is actually a 55 inch flatscreen Smart TV & you can hook up your XBOX or PS5 or any gaming console with an HDMI cord and it’s amazing with great Wi-Fi here, and the beds are super comfortable as well. I keep extending my stay just because of how wonderful this whole experience has been here at this hotel so this review goes for the past four days, I’ve been here.

Manager was absolutely disrespectful and rude beyond ! Very unprofessional!

The hotel is close to food & shopping. The staff was nice & friendly. Free coffee is always a plus. The waffle maker was broken. There was a lot of condensation from the ac unit in our room. All of our clothing felt wet the next morning.
