The room had a moldy odor. We found cockroaches in the room.

Location as it is right next to everything. The first room I was in smelled like mold and fabuloso cleaner. There was a roach on the wall. The second room I was in had huge roaches as well crawling on the walls. I killed at least 4.

Property is usually better maintained than it was this time... They were out of soap for the bathroom, and there were a couple of towels in our bathroom that didn't look like they were clean. The pool is nice. The breakfast is good but not the best

Tried to get refund for a broken ac and nobody was at rhe desk and I ended up leaving after waiting an hour.

The carpet in every area of the hotel was dirty. From the elevator to the room. It was very unpleasant anytime I looked down.

Staff were extremely friendly, allowed me and my boyfriend to stay in the lobby while we figured out the rental car nightmare we had.

The location is wonderful as the retail and restaurant amenities around the hotel are wonderful and in waking distance. Their in-house gym was absolute wonderful and had plenty of workout machines, weights, and options for guests as well as the pool which was sorely needed as hot and humid as it was outside. It was a lifesaver. The carpet in my room wasn’t as clean as neighboring hotels I’ve stayed in, closet in my room was stuck and wouldn’t close all of the way, and a big waterbug was found crawling around in the bathroom, and the toilet became backed up in the am of my checkout day. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either.
