There was no hot water to take a shower, light fixture in the bathroom was completely rusted, and the air conditioner had to be set on 60 degrees for the room to be comfortable to sleep in. The bed was comfortable.

Excellent service, clean rooms and friendly staff. Would recommend!

Air conditioner make a little noise so if your a light sleeper make sure you sleep further from the unit.

On check out day, much before check out time, housekeeper was knocking on doors asking when we would be out so she could clean. Front desk staff got an attitude when we asked if our room was by chance ready when we arrived 30 minutes early, meanwhile they let the family in front of us check in early. We will not be staying here again.

Only issue was the TV was not working and the staff could not fix it which was frustrating. When I went to the front desk to further resolve this issue, I was told no manager was available until Monday for us to speak with. I told them I was leaving Saturday, 2 days before, and the desk staff stated they would notify the manager. Issue still unresolved

When we got to the room, the bed wasn’t even made properly. The biggest issue was the jacuzzi tub—it was broken and flooded our room. There was so much water that I’m sure it likely leaked into the room below us. We immediately notified the staff, but they made no effort to help clean up the situation or move us to another room. With no solution being offered, we had no choice but to check out early. To make matters even worse, I felt completely taken advantage of regarding the booking. I originally started the reservation through Expedia, but the booking was finalized through the hotel’s own system instead. Because of that, I wasn’t able to receive the proper refund I felt I deserved after having to leave due to the room’s condition. It was incredibly frustrating to pay for a stay we couldn’t even enjoy because of issues that were entirely outside of our control. The complimentary breakfast was also very underwhelming and did nothing to make up for the overall experience. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Between the poorly prepared room, the broken jacuzzi that flooded the room, the lack of customer service, the frustrating booking and refund situation, and the disappointing breakfast, I definitely won’t be returning. I cannot recommend staying here.

This was a family vacation with my children and my mother who is in her 80’s. The hotel gave us a ground floor room to make things easier for her. The waffles were good. The breakfast disappeared pretty quick, but the lady working in there made sure food was replenished. On our second night, the AC stopped working. When we spoke with the staff about it, there was someone in our room within minutes to get it back on. We utilized both the pool and the laundry room. My children loved the pool. I believe the deepest point was 5’. Laundry machines are operated by quarters. It was a nice stay and we would definitely think about staying here again if we come back to Jacksonville.

The hotel it's self was great. The only issue we had was that the people in the room above us was extremely noisy on Sunday night. They were stomping and jumping until almost 2 a.m.. Needless to say it was not a good night for sleeping.

Breakfast was a good effort but didn’t meet the mark. Unappetizing hot items. Bed and bathroom were clean AND art and towels were newer and fresh. Carpet was as old and ceiling was cracked popcorn. I would never stay there again. Yuck for a decent price.

we were on the third floor and the whole time smelled like pot. There is a no smoking policy and I wish they would stick with it.

Over all it was a decent place for the price.
