This hotel was very nice. It has a very good breakfast that included waffles, Chobani yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, quiches. There was some highway noise, but not enough to disturb my sleep.

It was hard not having hot water for a shower and not being offered some kind of voucher (for example, a complimentary night in the future) to account for the lack of hot water during our 4 day stay. The oatmeal needs to be cooked better also. And the coffee wasn't hot on a regular basis. Otherwise, I would rate the hotel very highly and would say I thoroughly enjoyed everything else about it - the cleanliness, the pool, the offering for late night snacks (microwave quick meals, ice cream, etc), the staff were very friendly (which means alot to me), the bathroom was spacious and just what I look for in a hotel bathroom, the beds were excellent and comfortable, the AC worked great, and finally, the TV size and offerings were great! I would choose the hotel again, but again, I cannot overstate the disappointment and discomfort of not being able to take a hot shower!

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel. Unfortunately they had hot water heater issues while we were there so we didn’t have hot water for showers. They emailed us a few hours before check in but we were at a graduation and had no time to find another hotel. It was graduation weekend so any hotel rooms were slim to none.

people who stay in this hotel long are not the good option because they wouldnt change the bed cover until we say. Wifi is really too poor to work in the room

The young lady who was working when we checked in was GREAT! She was personable and walked with a cane... younger lady however. She's a keeper for ya'll! And the kind gentleman at the front desk at check out was also uber friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation.
