After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel needing to use the restroom immediately. I asked the front desk where the guest bathroom was, but was told there was no public restroom available because it was under construction. Since I already had a reservation, I requested my room key as quickly as possible. Thankfully, the check-in process took only about 5 minutes, and I was able to go straight to my room. Unfortunately, the room’s bathroom was not in great condition. I noticed used toilet paper still left behind, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom overall did not feel properly cleaned. The shower head had only one strong-pressure setting, and despite trying to adjust it, nothing changed. The water also appeared to be hard water. The bathtub design caused water to spill outside easily, leaving the bathroom floor very wet after showering. The fitness center was also very limited, with only one treadmill and one exercise bike, which did not feel adequate for guests. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were quite limited. The only egg option available was hard-boiled eggs with the shell still on, and there were no other alternatives such as scrambled eggs or omelets. Additionally, I was not informed in advance about the $50 security deposit. I was told it would be returned within three days after checkout, but it is still showing as a charge/hold in my account,

Little more hot food like scrambled eggs and bacon

The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. The bed was pretty comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but it did look inviting. The breakfast this morning was really good and we were greeted very pleasantly by the lady preparing the food. A+ to both your women on staff. Our shower was very dirty. Hair all in the bottom and on the shower curtain. Found some hairs on the towels we had. It was gross!! Also, we have stayed here at least once every summer. We ho pick up our grandchildren. This is the first time I've been this disappointed and paid more this time than I ever have. Almost 250 dollars. Probably won't stop there again, hate to pay that much for a nasty room!

Room 323 smelled really bad. Don't know if something was in the a/c unit or what but it needs investigated. Smelled like urine. Overall, room was pretty clean.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel not as advertised. Room was supposed to have tub. It did not and staff unable to give us a room with tub. Room had sofa bed as requested. But there wasn't enough room to open it. Hotel unable to give us a comparable room. After we (2 Sr. Adults) physically moved sofa bed around at a crazy angle we managed to open bed. It left no room to get around sofa bed or king bed and had to push office chair and sm table to the other side of king bed. A tight squeeze all around but at least our adult special needs son had his own bed to sleep in. While staff was nice, she didnt have any suggestions to make this room work comfortably, Because reservation made thru Hotels.com, room paid for and no refund. When I asked what the rate of room was. She said $158. Yet I paid $203 after taxes! We're very unhappy with misleading info at Hotels.com listing and have lost confidence that we'll get what is advertised and what we expect

Still, the hotel was fine.

Check-in was stressful, they did not have the confirmation # and I had to call Expedia for more information. We had already paid online. April? the desy clerk was kind to help me through this. Was a pain though. Breakfast is same old, same old. Coffee cold, hot water Luke warm, bland offerings.

It's a smaller hotel and very well kept. It actually smelled nice in there too. I did not eat the continental breakfast so I cannot fully rate that but it was included in our stay and they seemed to have the regular breakfast items with it. I would choose this hotel again for sure. The beds weren't too bad either. Some hotel beds are so hard, but these weren't bad. They weren't the best, but honestly they were acceptable.

Nice property but they do not allow vehicles pulling trailers, large trucks or rv’s. Parking restrictions are not on the hotel’s webpage.

I only stayed one night. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. My only criticism is that checkout was noon and 3 staff knocked on my door starting at 10:30 to see if I was checking out. Made me feel rushed and unwelcomed.

Great hotel! This is a petty complaint but the shower didn’t have very good water pressure.
