The staff was nice and the hotel was clean .

We had a very nice and tidy room. The pool was also clean and relaxing. The continental breakfast was OK. There were a lot of families which was just fine, as the suites are excellent for more than just a couple traveling.

Great location! The staff was very friendly and quick to help with any problems we had which was only the hot water and it was addressed immediately! Very clean hotel with a nice size room for our week vacation!

Are great,clean etc, I had 1 issue this stay, We booked for 2 nights, Decided to see if they had a room for 1 more night, Said they did but we wold have to move to another room, That’s fine, same type of room. Next day time to move to our new room, said did not have a room booked.i had paid for it , they had clicked wrong night, didn’t want to refund money, but finally did After a few words with them. All make mistakes, but if it is your fault, don’t try to make your customers pay for it.

check in process was great. the hotel is VERY close to the beach, less than 5 mins walk. rooms were clean. included breakfast was fantastic. pool and pool area was awesome. highly recommend.

Awesome stay!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and an excellent fit for our family. The pool was awesome right off the lobby outside. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to settle in and immediately start enjoying our vacation. The location was outstanding. The shops, restaurants, and gathering areas of Beach Village were literally steps from our door, while the beach was only a short walk away. Watching the sunrise over the beach in the morning where we saw deer on the dunes and walking the shoreline at night became some of our favorite memories from the trip. One unexpected highlight was how easy it was to walk down the beach and through the beach tunnel to Tortuga Jack’s for dinner and drinks. The area felt incredibly family friendly and was full of families, kids, and people enjoying the island. We also appreciated the convenient EV parking directly in front of the property, which made charging and unloading effortless. Overall, this was an outstanding place to stay and an excellent base for exploring Jekyll Island. Between the location, beach access, walkability, and family-friendly atmosphere, it definitely exceeded our expectations and made us wish we had stayed longer.

We took a short trip for my birthday. The vibe was very relaxing. Family environment. All staff was excellent. We did not get to try the breakfast, but we will be back. We loved everything about the island, except the rain.

As a family of 5, we had the BEST hotel stay ever here! The suites are very very roomy and oh so clean! The area is so perfect! Steps from the shops and the beach! The staff was so friendly and helpful, they answered all of our questions about area, and even made a few suggestions for restaurants! The only suggestion i have for the hotel, is to move the waffle station to a separate area in the dining room. The waffle maker lines held up the ENTIRE breakfast line😬. That however will not keep me from booking the same hotel for the same time next year!!

The room was fantastic. We used the pool, bikes, and workout facility. Mase at the front desk delivered exceptional service. The bike path nearby was very nice. It was a great stay.
