Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jenks by IHG

We had a wonderful stay. Close to restaurants and the Riverwalk.

Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location. I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff.

The only thing deficient is the dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Otherwise everthing Else was great. there was a group of young people who ran the halls and were loud the first night we stayed.

Everything was within walking distance or a 1 min drive. Great location if visiting the aquarium!

Did not Room was misty and the shade had water stains

Reserved a king room. Given a queen room, room was beside stairs noisy all night. People upstairs children running back and forth until 1 am and back up after 6 am. Called desk no other rooms available. Shower dripped loudly into plastic tub all night. Towels must have been 80 grit. No coffee pot or supplies in room. More like a Motel 6 than a Holiday Inn.

Location They removed coffee makers in the rooms. Said only suites have them now. This is kind of a deal breaker for me when i consider my stay next year.

Staff were fantastic and super helpful.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good variety. Bathroom needs updating but was functional.

Overall very nice, comfortable bed, very nice breakfast. Room had some wear and tear but everything worked well. Would stay again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations The bathroom was partially cleaned. Both the tub and toliet needed to be replaced. The cleaning staff were cordial but only one male understood and spoke English while others had to use the phone for interpretation. I am thankful for the workers but waiting for someone to interpret can be difficult when you're on a schedule. It would be nice to have a few more fruit, boiled eggs, etc. For healthier/Vegan alternatives. I would recommend this hotel for friendliness and professionalism of staff and location for outdoor exercise options and proximity to the airport.

Room was clean but beds are spring mattresses with few springs and very uncomfortable. Walls and floors are thin so folks walking upstairs really is disturbing. Believe hotel is all wood construction due to the lack of quietness. No fans in bathroom so it is a sauna in the room after showering. No mats for tubs, tubs slick but there was a handle to hold on to. I will not stay here again.
