The location was great and the staff was nice The rooms were horrible our couch was wet the bed was uncomfortable my kids slept on a pull out couch and you could feel everything might as well slept on the floor! Also the couch cushions were wet when we checked in and stayed wet so we all had to sit elsewhere the whole stay was just awful will not be staying here again!!

Manager’s attention made it up to compensate conditions of hotel …it really needs an update to bring back the holiday inn experience Jm

Air wouldn’t go below 74, couch was stained and broken down. Both balcony door were broken and could only struggle to open one.

The staff were lovely. The room had some stains, and damaged finishes. The shower was wayyyy too short. I’m 5’8” and it was just barely tall enough for me. My poor husband is 6’4” and he was squatting for his shower. The pool was freezing cold in the middle of summer. The breakfast was pretty good though.

Was very disappointed the room smelled musty carpet was nasty tile was sticky we had to go get air freshener to help with the smell. Our Kids family stayed there and they had the same problem.

My 2 teens & I enjoyed our stay! Just a walk away from the Oklahoma Aquarium (we enjoyed the Shark Night with drones), & I enjoyed driving over the Arkansas River every time we went out. View is nice & refreshing! We enjoyed breakfast every morning! Loved their pancake machine! Oh, and coffee was available 24/7! Our room was great! Clean & spacious & a full-length mirror. Impressed with the bathroom, especially the lighting. Both my daughter & I could put on make-up at the same time.

There was a party in the conference room next to the pool and they set of the fire alarms while my kids and grandkids were in the pool, and it scared them while in the water and then my youngest panicked and now is afraid of the pool (she is 2). Then the alarms had to be reset, and they went off multiple time in the night. I know this is not the hotel's fault. The hotel was full of baseball players for a state tournament, and they all talked about it at the game the next day. This is an amazing place to stay, and I we will be using again.

Staff is always friendly and helpful even though it is always busy when we stay due to, we stay when traveling for baseball tournaments. The window coverings do not cover the entire window. There is a 2 foot opening at the bottom. Not only is this a privacy issue, but also it lets in.light and sleep is disturbed.

The location was good for purposes of our trip. Breakfast was good, but a waffle maker would have been nice. Our credit cards wouldn't run at check-in, but the clerk at the desk called the manager, and she resolved the situation. It apparently was an issue with their system.
