Nice staff Stained carpet

The convenience of the hotel to the location we were visiting. The rooms were partially cleaned. Found a used contact lens in the bathroom when we arrived. Thought bed would be made while we were out, it wasn't. However, clean towels were left. The free breakfast was very disappointing. It was Labor Day weekend and staff could not keep up with demand. Waited for 25 minutes for more food to be put out. Quality of food left much to be desired.

Location was thew best feature. Easy to get around anywhere in Tulsa. Some construction taking place. Seemed they were remodeling but definitely not the room we stayed in. Rugs were filthy, lighting poor. Tub/shower seemed new but slipperiest we have ever encountered. Needed mat or appliques before an injury occurs.

Staff was friendly but the beds were sag in so bad once you laid down you weren’t coming out lol fridge was leaking also for it being Jenks Oklahoma and the money I paid for it highly disappointed

The ladies at the front desk are amazing. Very helpful and had a sense of humor. We would definitely stay here again.

The hot water when turning on the shower was so scalding hot I ended up burning my foot pretty bad. Would definitely recommend watching kids around the bathroom for bathing.

The lady that runs this place is absolutely amazing! We don’t normally stay in holiday inns but if we’re ever back in town we will be back! The staff is super amazing and the rooms and bed were clean and super comfortable!

Nice place to stay with decent breakfast check-in was great overall in a great area with things to do nearby the hotel I will consider it if I happen to be back in the area.

The staff were great, helpful and the rooms were clean. Great location; close to the aquarium, restaurants and the Gathering Place

Housekeeping could not speak any English. She knocked on our door, I asked for towels and washcloths and she shook her head and said “ I no English” and walked away. How is this ok? Is she even a legal worker with a green card?

It was a good stay and right next to the aquarium! The breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Musty smell

Only a one night stay, clean room. Hotel is a little dated but a nice secure area. A lot of families and couples. Good breakfast.
