Anotaciones sucias, ropa de cama rota, sucia y con aroma a cigarro intenso, pasillos con aroma intenso a cigarro y marihuana, baños sucios y rotos, una estadía muy incomoda. El desayuno que ofrecen es solo café

Clean place nice and quiet

Good staff, unsafe place or area. Looks run down. And smells horrible

The slow flushing toilet and the sink not draining good and the rust on the door

Facility was ok. The room was NOT good. TV did not work, shower curtain rod was broken. Lampshades were broken. Lights were all unplugged. Room was 87 degrees, AC took 6 hours to cool room down to manageable temperature.. had to go out and buy fan to move air. Room smelled musty. At 2:20AM, someone decided to run a vacuum cleaner. Hallways were not temperature controlled. Hot and humid. Afternoon staff was disrespectful asking why I had attitude when their staff was rude when I arrived early. Don’t try to check in early…they will turn you away without hesitation.

The room was 80+ when we got in there. There were not enough outlets (maybe3) and the faucet for the sink wasn’t attached to the countertop…never again.

This place is a hazard. Doors boarded up on the outside, a weekly rental sign is on the marquee, $299 special. Wyndham and Expedia need to pay close attention to property conditions. And the odor at the front desk was nauseating. Don't waste your time or money on this place

Worst stay we have had in years of traveling. Place was dirty and hotel was rundown. We had booked for 4 nights but left after 3 nights when at 3am, our door was opened by two people who had been booked to our room by hotel staff who must have thought the room was empty. Also photos of the hotel and rooms were not the same as real life.

Our room was very outdated and very no frills. Desk clerk didn't speak English very well and would not honor my AARP discount because i booked online. It was close to our destination for an overnight stay but would not be my first choice if I visit again. Not nearly as nice as the pictures posted on their website.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Worst place ever. It stunk no fresh towels. When I asked they said laundry was closed and it was locked until morning that is unacceptable for any establishment

Room was dirty and smelled funny. The hotel was not what the pictures depicted. I did not feel safe and returned my keys to front desk because I was not going to stay a night but still got charged because they refused to refund me.

No me gusto . El Personal atento pero lo principal que es la limpieza del cuarto no. Las sábanas sucias y viejas tuve que pedir que las cambiaran. La alfombra del cuarto sucia. Quisimos cancelar la reservación pero no se pudo por que lo hicimos a través de una agencia.

I requested a refund immediately after going into the room it was refused - not to mention the OWNER of the property was on set and very rude, immature and disrespectful.

You get what you pay for. It’s a very basic but it served its purpose for a cheap overnight stay.

It was disgusting. The pictures on Hotels.com were NOT the hotel we stayed at. We had paid and could not afford to go to another hotel. VERY disappointed in Hotels.com. Will not be recommending this website.
