It's was clean and the bed was great but could really use an update but ok for tje price.

It's not a 5 star but it served It's purpose. Quick 5 minute ride to ETSU and quiet nights of sleep. Don't be discouraged about the area and all of the bad reviews.

Good location for our trip.

Staff were friendly courteous and knowledgeable. Breakfast was ok. The toilets were something you would see in a kindergarten. The ac/heater was very quiet and did a good job

The employees were very helpful and friendly. I was disappointed in the fact I paid for two queen beds and received a room with two full beds. One of the comforters had a cigarette burn in it. Cleanliness could have been better. I got to breakfast at 7:45-8 every morning and nothing was left.

The room had a nasty mold musky smell, and wasn’t clean and the jetted tub wouldn’t work. & they was roaches crawling all over floors. & semen stains in bed covers. It was pathetic and staff wasn’t friendly & was trying to keep my deposit because I smoked outside my room with the door open because they was so many thugs and homeless people around couldn’t trust anyone and she told me shut the door. The cameras was watching me not to worry about having my husband stand watching me, but little does she know the cameras ain’t gonna save my life my husband would. Breakfast was pathetic and nasty and cold. & parking was ok & it is bad shape and run down. Needs shut down.

The room met our needs for the night but was not very clean and smelled like dog, dusty, splatters on walls, dirty carpet. Very loud late night/early morning. Busy intersection of road.
