The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean everything was. My room was spotless, and the bathroom was one of the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. I'm very particular about hotel bathrooms, and this is one of the rare places where I would have actually been comfortable taking a bath in the tub. The entire property, including the office and common areas, was clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, bagels, butter, cream cheese, and plenty of other options. Everything was fresh, and it was a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially want to recognize Jay, who I believe is the owner. He was fantastic and genuinely cared about his guests. McKayla, the head of housekeeping, was also incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a great breakfast and an outstanding staff, I highly recommend the Quality Inn in Johnson City. I'll definitely stay here again!

The staff was great . Room was okay out side had some interesting people hanging out or camping in side parking lot. The breakfast was poor choices same everyday and not a lot of choices.would expect better from the reviews. If your staying for more then one day and looking for breakfast stay somewhere else.pool was clean but was shout down because of storms even when it was not raining

Hot breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes.no fresh fruit coffee was good. My room wasn't the cleanest I had to get the staff to clean on top of the box spring at the head of the bed it was nasty. The door to my room didn't lock correctly.

Convenient & near everything we needed. There was still leftover pizza in the fridge & used, wet wash cloths hanging from the shower rod.

Staff were nice to talk too and friendly. My hotel room’s walls had paint peeling and carpet was frayed at manny spots. Wifi was solid and bed was nice.
