Spa was soooooo good…….only one shower was not great……..the rooms and ambiance are amazing…. My friend had never stay there, and thought that she was at an exquisite hotel in new York

Wellington’s, restaurant on property, is big into “nickling and diming” the customer. For example, mgt chooses to addon a $2 charge for an extra slice of onion, making the (overcooked) burger a $22 purchase! The restaurant for sure has lost my future business.

Amazingly clean room. Extra large and spacious room. Kept the original theme, including ornate sleigh bed, desk and TV cabinet. Great stay for so travel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the best place to stay in Johnson City. Absolutely gorgeousl w/that classic, high-end feel without being stuffy. The rooms are super clean and quiet, and having Wellington’s and Austin Springs Spa right there on-site is a huge plus. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes everything so easy. Can't wait to come back!

This hotel is unlike any other you will find in East Tn! It exudes charm and character, and is staffed with wonderful, helpful, accommodating personnel! The bar and restaurant there are fabulous, and the room and bath were charming, large, and comfortable. All this in a gorgeous area! We will be going back!
