Very nice hotel, super clean rooms, most comfortable bed in any hotel, old time elegance, it put every hotel to shame.

I loved the property it was both classy and had ritz. Surprisingly the hotel was built in 2002 but presents as a hotel built in the early 1900’s. The staff was excellent and courteous. There was a library in which to sit and relax or have a bourbon. Would highly recommend and will return.

The hotel and room were clean but the carpets could use a deep cleaning. The staff at the front desk were professional and very friendly, supportive and courteous. We didn't stay for breakfast as we just drove to the nearest Dunkin for coffee. The outdoor pool looked very clean and it's a big size pool but we didn't get a chance to go into the pool as we were busy.

It was first class! This hotel was the best out of 5 we went to on our Vacation. The foyer was breathtaking. The room was plush and comfortable and the bathroom was large and amazing. Nothing

My family enjoyed our stay at Carnegie Hotel. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Clean. Staff was very friendly and polite. It’s not our first time and definitely not the last!!

I asked to moved to another room because of street noise and they accommodated me. I wish it was a bit cheaper-but it is a good value

I love the property. I always stay there and I live the spa. The only thing that I really would like to see change is I would like for them to have Netflix. I don't really watch regular tv and when I do I hate commercials.

Great location, close to ETSU and restaurants. Great upscale restaurant at the hotel. Coffee was complimentary in the front lobby. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fancy stately feel. Beautiful lamps and vintage furniture. Double sinks in the bathroom was an extra perk! No laundry facility in site. Shower was a corner triangle shower, when there was plenty of room for a full, but it was clean.
