Room was okay, clean but a bit dated. Location along a very busy street/highway, lots of road noise.

Staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious. Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Mattress was very uncomfortable but room was so nice.

One of the reasons I usually prefer Hampton inn is because of its hot breakfast. But this one ended up with bagged breakfast with some food you had to microwave, which was a disappointment for us. After staying at quite a few Hampton inns, I realized the quality can be so different.

Breakfast was OK NO hot water! Shaved about 6:30 in lukewarm water… tried to shower about 9:30 in ALMOST lukewarm water! I reported it to front desk.

It’s very clean, comfortable A minor point. The shower spray was very weak and the shampoo/ conditioner didn’t come out.

Was told that my reservation did not go thru had to get a hotel room at another hotel. The place was locked up tight when I got there. No one to talk to. But my bank account was charged for the room that I could not access.

The floor in the hallway was wet, our room was very damp. Just wasn’t a good experience at all.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast bar was good. The swimming pool was dirty and every single chair out by the pool was broken. This was a big disappointment.

Location was perfect for our stay Could have more outdoor seating other than pool area. Only 2 chairs out front and most the chairs at the pool were broken
