Clean rooms very friendly staff and fun bar

Was in town for travel ball. Check in was easy, room was super clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, check out was just as easy. So many restaurants are close by as well.

It’s a pretty old hotel so I expected it to show its age a bit and it did. The thing that was dirty was our first batch of towels that were in our room when we arrived. There was makeup swiped across the first towel I grabbed when I stepped out of the shower and then the second one was clean. Then my husband took a shower and grabbed a towel that had clothing sticker tag stuck on it. We did go down to the front desk and get new towels with some warm cookies that night. Other than the towels the shower was really good and the beds were very comfy and they were clean. I checked everything thoroughly after the towel incident. The location was good for us. We wanted to be in a central location where we could visit with different family and friends while we were there. Overall, it wasn’t a bad place to stay. The staff were all really nice and hospitable. The parking was ample and free.

They say their pet friendly, but are not and only service dogs were allowed after the hotel was already booked. Then they still tried to keep the one night stay for not canceling within 24 hours.

Hotel was clean and located near lots of chain food restaurants. I did not receive great service at the hotel burger spot; the burger was overpriced and trying to be fancy, and it took burgers way too seriously.

I traveled with my husband and 13 ywar old son for travel baseball. Everything. Nothing bad to say. They even had construction but I never heard any noises. Water pressure in the shower was great, beds comfortable, rooms very clean, and the pool was great. Nothing bad to say.

It was clean and the cookies were excellent, the staff were all very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Intermittent internet, pool was not maintained, the fire alarm in the room went off every time you had a shower and you had to let the shower run for 10 minutes before you got any hot water . The ice machines don’t work and the water refill station didn’t work .

My room was clean and the Breakfast was nice. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was the thermostat in the room wasn't working. We set the thermostat at 68* and it wouldn't go below 72* maybe if there was a fan in the room that could of helped, but there wasn't and it was pretty warm to sleep.

There wasn’t breakfast and that’s why we usually stay at Hampton Inn. Very convenient for us when traveling.
