Facility and room was clean and free of any issues. Parking was ample and staff were very polite and professional. Excellent price too.

The toilets are way too small, not made for handicap individuals. Wasn’t told about a deposit for the hotel stay in advance, that should be in large print on the website, not hidden from the customer.

Carpet inside needs at least cleaned, if not replaced. Walls in rooms needs cleaned, outlets need checked in rooms, some did not work. More secure entry and lights in parking lot

Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.

The room was clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable. The bathroom sink needed some attention, it was clogged but they fixed it. And it needs cleaning where dirt and mold is hidden, especially at the overflow drain. Everything else was great. Breakfast is plenty and delicious, a few non-sweet options would be appreciated though. Shower is not a water-saving one, so plenty of flow. Climate control is efficient. Guests are polite and quiet. Staff is super helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of almost immediately. Outside environment is quiet, no traffic or industrial noise.

The receptionist Sherri was very nice Room was gross. Dirty, burn holes on comforters, drawers didn't open ans smelled like weed

Check was a pain. I had stayed at this property once before and everything was great but the 2nd time was a completely different experience. The clerk who checked me in was difficult. She needed all my information again, address, phone number and charged me a fee in case someone happen. She questioned me about my service dog and pretty much gave me a hard time during check in. The first time I stayed at this property none of this happen. So pick a way of treating your customers and do it that way every time.
