Enjoyed the bar, dinner menu, coffee, and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. No complimentary breakfast. Cable TV hard to navigate.

Very safe location, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, nice clean linens and furnishings, and quiet. No microwave.

We had a few hiccups with our room, but we were moved to a new room. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was really expensive. Make plans for another option for breakfast.

The staff was great, the room was good. I just don't like window views of the roof. Window views of the roof. The curtains had holes in them so we couldn't black out the room. Water pressure was low for the shower

Location was convenient. I booked a king bed room and was given a two queen bed room with no mention of the change. Tub and sink didn't drain in bathroom.

Good location, the bed was very soft, and the hotel over all is showings its age but clean. Overall a good stay.

All went well. Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was wonderful and so was the staff upon checkin. We stayed last year for race weekend everything was perfect. This year when we got to our room it was very late so everyone went straight to bed after the races. I took a shower the next morning and the faucet started to come out of the wall. The shower head sprayed all over the place. The worst part was the tub didn't drain so I had to stand in my own dirty water even though the puller know was down in the drain position. That was really disgusting considering I had been at a race track ALL day around literally thousands of people and then to stand in the dirty water to take my shower was gross. There was also SOMEONE ELSE'S dirty socks in the room behind the chair. So whoever cleaned that room before we occupied did NOT do a great job at cleaning up from the previous people. I was really turned off this year by this hotel. I paid close to $900 for 2 nights and really i could've gone elsewhere for a lot cheaper. I chose this location again because last year the experience was above and beyond. This year it felt like I was staying at a motel 6 to be honest. To charge people that kind of money because of an even that weekend, I would expect the room to be impeccable. Not have a pair of dirty socks found by us, a tub that didn't drain and the spout come loose from the wall. If this establishment won't take care of their rooms or hire good help then thats fine but ya'll need to come down on the price if thats gonna be the case!

The toilets were very low. When I asked for an handicapped room they only had ones with one queen beds in them. That is not going to work as I am 6’3” tall and weigh 320lbs and my wife is not small. The doors were sticking so you had to use extra force to open and close them.

Room was clean, beds were comfy. Looks like some updating was done, but the room we had would benefit from new carpeting or vinyl plank flooring. Room does not have smart t.v so unable to stream video services. We were able to find other things to watch however. Breakfast buffet in the attached restaurant was delicious and offered at a fair price. Only stayed for one night, but would definitely stay again. Outdoor pool looked amazing but we arrived too late to take advantage. Also had grill and Blackstone available poolside.
