This hotel is located conveniently. This property was convenient and work extremely well for two one night stays during a long roadtrip.

The location was perfect. There for a funeral. All the staff especially the manager were excellent, supportive and kind. The room was not cleaned even after I asked fir it, asked for clean linens i had to go get them, the toilet didn't flush. I had to resort to putting water in a trash bin to flush it.

Ended up with an extra vacation day so decided to spend a night here instead of putting up with the Baymont Inn across the street anymore. The service all these hotel sites use kept refusing my payments but luckily this place let me reserve then pay on site. It was very comfortable and clean. I wish I could've stayed here for the entire trip instead. The door to the bathroom didn't lock properly but that was hardly an issue.

This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. They charged $100 for an incidental fee at check in, which they have not released back to me. I travel for work and stayed alone. I have tried numerous times to get someone on the phone to find out why they are not refunding my money and they put me hold and outright hang up on me. Very poor customer service and management. All together bad for business. I took photos as I do in every hotel I stay in just in case this happens.

The location and the beds are comfortable. The phone was broken. We needed it to call the front desk to get the WiFi password because the person didn’t give it to us at check-in. She seemed to be bothered to even check us in. There was no hair dryer in the room. The outlet on the lamp was also not working so we couldn’t plug in a phone charger. Very disappointed in the stay.

WE LOVED THE BREAKFAST AND THE STAFF THAT WORKED IN THE BREAKFAST HALL THE WAY THAT THE FRONT DESK TRIED TO SAY THAT THE PAYMENT DIDN'T GO THROUGH EVEN THOUGH I HAD CONFORMATION OF THE HOTEL BEING PAID IN ADVANCE FOR THE STAY BUT, HOPEFULLY IT WAS WORKED OUT

Definitely wasn’t worth the price, mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower faucet feels like it’s gonna rip off the wall when turning it on and off. All the employees tho were super nice.

Everything was great. The room was really clean and I am pretty particular. My room had a decent sized refrigerator which came in handy. The fitness room was decent as well.

Friendly staff, pretty clean. Gap in the curtains that couldn’t be closed meant it never really got very dark. WiFi worked but not well enough to work remotely with video
