Clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast.

The room has a faint smell that reminds me of cat pee. It may just be the products used to clean the room or some other thing. If I were you, I'd compare the scent in that room to that of other rooms to determine if it is just a hotel normal smell.

Clean room w/comfy bed. Really appreciate pet friendly policy. Nice amenities: outdoor seating & grilling area, free breakfast, in room ice maker, Adequate parking. Located close to route #26 Poor kitchen lighting - above stove light & under cabinet lights not working. Arrived to dishwasher full of clean dishes. Was tired & didn't want to deal with extra tasks (but I did unload).

Stayed here for a Bristol race. The hotel is very convenient to the race track. The rooms were clean and well appointed. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh with lots of options. The only criticism I would have is that there was no sign at the road for the property so it was a little difficult to find in the dark. 10/10 would stay again.

Didn’t stay. Came on Valentine’s Day well after check-in time and they said the room was not ready. They said they were understaffed with one person to clean all the rooms and it was not clean. We said we needed to go to another hotel. Manager claimed she would refund us, but it’s 5 weeks later and no refund and no response to messages. Out over 300 bucks and didn’t even stay there. Bad management, understaffed and unprofessional.

The staff was friendly and professional. The suite was clean and a great size for four people to stay for a night. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was perfect.

Easy checking in and out The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The sheets were clean and fresh smelling and plenty of towels The room was very clean. House keeping does an amazing job! I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The only thing, inside the bath tub when wet was very slippery trying to step out, however there are plenty of holding bars inside to hold onto.

Property was clean, bed was comfortable, never got breakfast was always cleaned out by other guest taking 10 plates back to their rooms so, I guess that means it was good. They don't attempt to clean the parking lot of snow so you can park or even get to the property. Maybe I was expecting too much, but having to park down the street instead of being able to park in the hotel parking lot is a problem. Need to fix the elevator, it shakes bad when going up. Staff really don't care if you have issues in the room.

Clean room, good room design, good light in room, easy parking lot to get onto main road.
