Everything was great, The hotel as a whole was great. Breakfast was very pleasing. Our biggest problem was there is no ice. Parts of the exterior needs attention. Kitchen ice is cut the minute it closes

To improve : no still tap water at breakfast. In America? Can you believe that? People were running to gym to get water from the tank. The breakfast was poor in quality and it wasn’t clear who was responsible for ensuring quality and quantity control. Gym towels and cups were running low and not replenished regularly. Overall did the job and was convenient for trip purpose. But don’t expect any luxury or frills.

Breakfast buffet menu choices were very good however most hot items & pastries were gone by 9 AM and juice machines out of order with no substitute of pantry bottled items.

The issue I had was my room not being cleaned for 3 weeks. Granted working nights made it a little difficult but I went home one weekend and told them I was leaving and asked them to clean my room but when I returned 3 days later it still had not been cleaned. I think three weeks is way too long.

We booked this hotel as we were getting ready to move our daughter into the University and when we got to check in apparently they had overbooked several families and displaced all of us

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were so comfortable that we overslept and missed breakfast. Check out the as at noon which was amazing.
