The staff was friendly and helpful... the room was clean...

The entire property seems to be under construction and the rooms are under-cleaned. They did not have the room available that I booked, but offered me another—no problem. But in that room the AC was not working and it had a terrible moldy smell. The third room offered was not great either, but good enough to stay for the night. I will say the staff was considerate and helpful. A bright spot in what was otherwise a dismal stay.

Rooms need a refresh, broken door in bathroom, sticky stuff on floor in elevator, no shampoo or body wash in shower. Poop in the lobby toilet and no toilet paper

This place was a dump. It looked like a homeless shelter. Took 20 minutes to check in because the untrained desk attendant had to wait on the manager because he got locked out of the computer and could not login, who was working on the pool which was closed for renovations. This hotel needs to be closed down for renovation. Laundry room was shut down. Parking lots looked like a junk yard. Had to have my keycards reprogrammed 3 times because they wouldn’t open the door. Breakfast was a joke, items not restocked. Open room next to the checkin computer looked like a plumbing parts store with old plumbing parts from a room or the pool. Had to get the manager to check me out this morning because he was working on the pool. No one else was there but him. There was zero baggage carts to take baggage to the car. There parent company needs to look this property over. Would not recommend this place for my dog.

Looks like an abandoned dilapitated property. No customer service at desk. One broken cart that you'll have to trek to your room (about a football field). The first room was filfthy (dead bugs everywhere) and A/C and phone didn't work so we had to trek back to front desk. They gave us a 2nd room, right in the middle of all the housekeepers rooms (their housekeepers live on-site). No A/C, bugs everywhere including the tub and the smell of marijuana had permeated the room. Additionally they are pet "friendly" but there is nowhere safe to walk your dog. We had to book another room and got the heck out of there. The only entrance/exit forces you to have to cut through a fast food drive through. Please don't stay here, it is not clean, seems unsafe, even the elevators are covered in spiderwebs and their one ice machine did not work. We arrived 30 minutes after our check in at 3:30pm and were treated like we were putting them out. The place needs to be demolished. I can't believe Wyndam put their name on this . It would be a great place to film a horror movie. We were not just disappointed, we were disgusted. DON'T STAY HERE!

The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. The outside looked like a crackhouse. Inside the room was even worse. It was dirty. It was so disgusting we had it reserved for 2 nights and decided to leave. The hotel manager would not refund any of our money. The place needs to be closed

Felt abandoned and the room compared to previous stay was outdated, dirty, smelly and dark. Breakfast isn’t worth eating or no choices This room wasn’t maintained as to previous room I stayed in

I didn’t really like anything about it but it did it’s job for the night It was very dirty. Didn’t look like the pictures at all. Room smelled like cigarettes as soon as we walked in. Burn holes in the blanket. Floor was dirty with food and other stuff. Had holes in the wall. Was harassed 10 minutes before check out that we needed to leave right now.

The beds were very nice to sleep on. The AC / Heating unit works well. It was a little cool outside when i was there. The staff was very helpful. I do not know this area of TN. They help me out in several ways. I will be staying here again on my next visit.
