Red Roof Inn Johnson City

The staff was very welcom I ng and accommodating to my needs. Plenty of restaraunts and shopping outlets within a very short walking distance.

It was,a quiet clean comfortable room i rested well and the staff was helpful and present when I needed them ,I'll stay again!!

Had a wonderful stay at Red Roof! Everything went smoothly from start to finish with zero issues. The room was clean, comfortable, and made for a completely hassle-free experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Parking was convenient, and all the facilities were top-notch. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Well lit up at night

The floors were not cleaned before we got our room. The room smelled deep of cigerettes. Sheets/ blankets had stains and crusty stuff on them Mattress and pillows where extremely uncomfortable. I will say though I am glad I did not encounter any bedbugs during my stay. It was a very cheap room which was good but still wish I would of just paid a little more and not felt grossed out in my room. Probably needless to say I will not be staying again and recommend whoever you are to do the same.

This place is falling down. Elevators were out. Parts of the building have yellow tape because balconies are collapsing. Police were at the property when I came back from dinner. The price is not low enough for the condition of this place. Hotels.com were great in getting me a refund.

If you're looking for the best bang for your buck, Red Roof Inn of JC is the greatest. Do not try the other budget-friendly options in Johnson City. I've tried many of them—and they're all deficient in cleanliness (seriously, trust me on this) and in customer service. Red Roof Inn of JC has super friendly and accommodating staff. And the rooms are clean with no weird smells or moldy corners. As I said, I've tried many of the other budget-friendly options in JC, but I always come back to Red Roof as the gold-standard.

Clean

Room relatively clean, but other patrons were noisy and were frequently loitering outside smoking at all hours.

Good for a single night stay with a pet. Do not get a room that has a pass through adjoining door unless you know the occupants. The door is not sound proof at all.

Dirtiest room that I have ever stayed in. Checked in and the room was full of knats, and the next morning I killed a roach. Was supposed to stay another night, but had them give a refund for second night, just couldn't stay there.

The room was very clean, staff was great! Easy convenient parking, air worked great!

Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and condition for a red roof inn. The AC worked well. Minimal amenities but good for the price. I would recommend.

It's clean, just has some interesting people staying there.

The room itself was clean, but there was caution tape blocking off sections that were in obvious disrepair. There were multiple people smoking directly outside their doors. Lots of loud people and traffic overnight. The air conditioner worked well, but had no continuous fan setting, so it cycled from loud to quiet all night. Because the room opens to the outside, there were gnats inside.

Excelente Atención, Ubicación, cerca de todo, Habitación tiene lo necesario, está limpia, Manager Proactiva, tiene café de 5am a 4pm, parqueo, tiene lema 100% No smoking en las habitaciones, Amabilidad en el personal de Servicios, tiene lavandería, maquina de hielo, dispensador de golosinas, información de turismo...Regresaremos con mi familia. Recomendado.
