Baymont by Wyndham Johnson City

My room had bedbugs and the only thing they did was switch us rooms! My daughter had bites all over her. No "I'm sorry" nothing just here's another room!

Was hit with an unexpected $50 deposit, the pool had no clean towels so I had to use my room towels to dry off after the pool, I wanted to take a shower so I went to the desk to get a clean towel and was told no and given a single hand towel instead... It's very hard drying off with a hand towel at 7 months pregnant. The ac in my room wouldn't stay on and it was really hot all night, then I get up to get breakfast 3 different times and the milk was empty every time and so were the eggs. I left hot sweaty hungry and very disappointed

Breakfast was very good and staff putting breakfast out was super nice and patient teaching me how to use waffle When arriving in room air was off and it was very hot,it was late at night and we went to sleep hot

It was ok, but not the best. One morning was only eggs, but no meat. It did have a good variety of fruits. The eggs were just Luke warm and not hot.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, convenient location, several srlections for breakfast.

The staff was friendly. It was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes, industrial cleaners and bad decisions. On the final day I watched a roach crawl out from a crack in base of the mirror.

The place we stayed you had a drain right at the steps to walk down to the room. Which was with my elderly mom and aunt. There was no other way to get to the room . The railing was loose on one side as my mom held on she saw the screws wiggly. Low and behold don't start your monthly or your child spill something cause they charge $15 USD for a wash cloth and higher for towel and sheets!!!! I will not stay at this hotel again.

The room service was great however the lady at the desk was kind of complicated when I tried to check in and she was sort of rude when I had asked questions and because I arrived a little earlier than the check in time was supposed to be be. When I arrived to the room there was cat food or dog food in the floor. The beds were stained when the sheets were lifted. There were no bags for the trash can in the room.

Cheap price and closeness to etsu Breakfast could have used a meat and the waffels tasted weird and were a weird consitency

What I liked about Baymont it was very clean the staff was very nice and breakfast was good and the pool was clean it was right in the perfect area around a lot of restaurant

I only picked this place because Evolve Travel kept canceling my online reservation payments but this one allowed me to pay on site instead. The ceiling right above the door was leaking so every time you entered there would be a puddle on the floor. One of the sinks also leaked and the shower fluctuated between scalding hot and slightly below room temperature water. By far the worst issue was the air conditioner though, which shook loudly any time it was used for the first few days before it stopped working entirely one night, which wasn't pleasant in the middle of summer. The staff promptly replaced the entire AC unit the next morning and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but the accommodations were the worst I've ever experienced. Do not stay here if you can help it.
