We stay at Marriotts hotels for the reliable service and comfortable beds. This stay was disappointing in that the bed was the reason we left early. Very uncomfortable bed. We also were surprised to see that house keeping service was on an every other day schedule. Definitely not what we are used to from Marriott.

This was a great place to stay. The only complaint I would have is the shower gel was empty. Glad I brought my own.

Overall not the best stay. The hotel states it has modern rooms that are renovated but they are missing the mark, rooms are dated. The floors are uneven and creaky, many surfaces stained, tile and caulking in the shower dirty. Loud AC fan. Staff was helpful though. I would not return. Unfortunately not the nicest stay in Johnson City.

The staff was great and the rooms were nice and clean. I didn't like that there was no breakfast at this hotel. at the price I paid to stay there should have been breakfast available, That my opinion. .

Nice people, clean, comfy beds and pillows. We used the outside patio inches evening. Lovely fire pit. Easy parking. Good breakfast, paid for separately. Great experience. See you next year!

Not clean! The couch was full of crumbs, lint, and who knows what else. The bathroom was soo bad. Mold in the shower, we brought shower shoes to wear but we couldn't even take the chance.
