Overall not the best stay. The hotel states it has modern rooms that are renovated but they are missing the mark, rooms are dated. The floors are uneven and creaky, many surfaces stained, tile and caulking in the shower dirty. Loud AC fan. Staff was helpful though. I would not return. Unfortunately not the nicest stay in Johnson City.

Nice people, clean, comfy beds and pillows. We used the outside patio inches evening. Lovely fire pit. Easy parking. Good breakfast, paid for separately. Great experience. See you next year!

It was so clean and we had a great experience!

Not clean! The couch was full of crumbs, lint, and who knows what else. The bathroom was soo bad. Mold in the shower, we brought shower shoes to wear but we couldn't even take the chance.

NO ONE AT FRONT DESK WHEN I TRIED TO CHECK IN. I HAD TO SHOUT TO GET SOMEONE, EVEN THOUGH THE BARTENDER (?) SAW ME COME IN. THE SHOWER DOOR WAS SOILED OVER MOST OF THE SURFACE WITH SOME SORT OF OILY SUBSTANCE.

Excellent stay! Great location within Johnson City! They provided a very welcoming staff, pristinely cleaned bedroom and bathroom, and beautiful pool/patio area! 10/10-would recommend!

Absolutely one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in, with superb customer service! Well laid out, updated, snacks and beverages in the bar are at night, a little shop too;)
