I just hate that some things are not there and provided for those customers that are only staying 1-2 nights. It also not told that nothing is provided ahead of visit so we can pack appropriately and having to spend a lot of money on things we could have brought with us

Everything was clean and well. Our only issue was that there was only one mirror so it was difficult for 4 people to get ready for a wedding.

Could hear tv from room next door

Staff was amazing.

Terrific new property near ETSU with super friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back!

Super clean staff are very friendly only downfall is no breakfast and no pool but other then that this hotel is amazing !!!!!!!!!

It’s clean, great location, the beds are comfortable and staff is so nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to switch to 3 different rooms before getting a TV that worked.

Super friendly staff, super helpful and a great start to our girls weekend in Tennessee! Nice spacious room and comfy beds too.
-
Friendly staff, room was very clean and quiet. We had a dog next to our room and couldn’t hear it barking while in the room.

Very minimalist at best. I have stayed at many extended stay suites, but never one without utensils, tableware and dishes - what’s the point? All furnishings are the most basic - cheap. The room was clean and met my needs. The shower, though a first floor room, had almost no water pressure. I can imagine that people with longer hair would not be able to get the shampoo washed out. The bed was comfortable. The hotel felt safe. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

Wonderful place. Very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is there were people yelling and cussing all night on the 4th floor. Other than that the hotel itself was worth the money. Staff was friendly as well.

Staff was great

The staff was friendly at check-in, though I didn't directly speak to any staff afterward in my week's stay. The location is great, with the only downside being the blink-and-you-miss-it access road to the property (which isn't the fault of the property, of course.). My room was spotless, as would be expected from such a new hotel. WiFi worked well, and the Premium WiFi option was only $1/day. More linens in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated (a hand towel, at the very least). Staff and quests were frequently smoking right outside the back entryway, causing effectively a wall of cigarette smoke between the doors and the largest parking lot on the property. Walls are pretty thin, as with many new buildings; the first couple nights, I could hear someone snoring through the wall and, even though the property is set back from the nearby highway, cars could be loudly heard a number of times.
-
Also, the walls are paper-thin and you can hear people in the rooms next door.
-
The good: clean, very clean. Close to the VA Hospital.

Friendly staff, clean room, and quiet location.

Clean, Quiet, Great Location

Clean room, nice little kitchen in the room. Very comfy bed, and nice bathroom. Really didn't have any problems, but sad there wasn't any type of breakfast. Could have used a toaster in the room.

We chose it because of the laundry room. It's really nice and big. We planned our trip around stopping there and using the laundry room halfway through our trip. It's very clean and nice. The front desk staff was friendly.
