Place has good parking, it’s pretty clean and the front desk clerks were very helpful.

The experience was amazing. It’s always scary finding new places and Echo definitely did not disappoint. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Nice hotel room friendly staff good nights sleep, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and in Johnson city.

Understand that this is a budget hotel. It's pretty new, so it's still nice enough. But there was no box of tissues in the bathroom. There was no coffeemaker. There were no complimentary bottles of water (or even ones in your room you would be charged for), and no breakfast downstairs (other than from vending machines). We had to ask for an ironing board and iron, which we were provided, but then rusty water came out of the iron. There's a cooktop in the room, but no dishes or cookware were provided - I guess maybe you have to ask for those at the front desk? BUT there was a cutting board, for some reason! So anyway, it was fine, but understand you're kind of getting a Super 8 level experience.

The room was clean, security was great, beds were comfy. Only complaint was lots of noise from the room above. Families with children, and I love children, should be on the bottom floor. I know they get rambunctious but it was after 11pm.

Overall stay was outstanding. Cleanliness of room was very noticeable. Fitness center was sub-par. However, I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here on both legs of our trip. It's intended for extended stays, so the amenities aren't much to speak of. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, though. And the rooms and grounds are nice and clean, and the staff was friendly.

There was hair on my bed under the blankets. and there was dead bugs in the kitchen. Staff was always in the office and not at the counter.

Description said free wifi. but, it only limit to two devices. I really don't like that

The hotel was not far from the event that I attended. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of convenient parking. There were restaurant options not far away. The lady at the front desk was very nice. (It turned out that she was the general manager.) I did not know that it was a "no frills" hotel (I'm not complaining. The room was fine. But, they should have said something on the web site.) There was one potential problem. I couldn't sleep, and so I decided to check out early and get on the road back home. The overnight desk clerk told me that there was an upcharge for an early checkout. I asked him how much it was. He kinda hesitated and never answered my question. He started typing on the computer, and then the told me that he had "fixed" it for me. (I actually suspect that he was trying to shake me down for a tip, but I can't prove it.)

Amazing place to stay this is my go to place when I come to Johnson City,TN.

I said one night of the two I reserved and talked to front desk letting them know I was leaving and they charged me another night. Can't get refund.
