I liked the way the rooms were layed out, and how responsive the a/c units were. The whole property in general was wonderful.

Staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Carpet in the rooms. No matter how much you can them, they still feel dirty.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting ETSU. Very clean, great breakfast and every one of the staff are friendly. You can tell they enjoy working there because you hear how friendly they are with each other as well. We don’t stay anywhere else.

Outdoor seating area is very nice. Lobby is beautiful. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Bottle filling fountain near the fitness center was not cold at all.

The pool and the rooms were very clean. But its so loud the noise never stopped doors slamming kids yelling good god . Check was at 12 im out at 10 am so I can rest. The loud noises

The room was extremely clean. Staff was amazing from check-in to the breakfast crew. If we play volleyball again in Johnson City this will be our choice of all the hotels.

The pillows were very flat just a suggestion to maybe bring your own if possible, otherwise very quite and clean property
