Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation

I was disappointed with our room during our recent stay. The room felt extremely dated. No usb chargers for electronics, which should be any hotel standard in 2026. We also were give a handicapped accessible room, which was not requested. The shower was aweful. The mattress was worn out as were the pillows. I would have asked for another room had we not arrived so late. Thankfully, we only stayed 1 night and it was clean. I would never stay at this location again.

Very central to food, shopping and sights. It’s definitely more expensive than comparable hotels in that area.

The Room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't good. The sausage tasted like it was left over and the bacon needed to have been cooked longer.

Hotel staff excellent!!! Room was lovely, but beds not that comfortable to be honest. And that is literally the only complaint.

Convenience to our event We booked the room for our 20 year old daughter and her boyfriend for one night to attend interviews at ETSU. I called ahead to make sure everything was good and there was no issues with her checking in. Once there they wouldn't let her check in. Bc she wasn't 21...and said the girl I talked to had been fired. It was a big fiasco. But their website did not say anything about you having to be 21 to rent a room
