Good breakfast - waffle, hard boiled eggs, bagels cereal, etc. so so coffee. Room air conditioner was weak. No chair in room.

For a basic hotel it was nice. Limited outlets for plugging in small electrics, cellphones etc., though. Too few options for lights; bright overhead light or one dim light by a window seat. No lamps; okay if you're not a reader but not good if you are. Fine bathroom. Limited TV stations. Breakfast was fine. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Great night sleep in the suite with two queen super comfortable beds. Shower was great too with much water pressure unlike other hotels. The day and night staff were both very pleasant and welcoming perfect parking & a plentiful breakfast!!

The hotel is in a small town, so our expectations were not the greatest, but this place knocked it out of the park! The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the location was great for all of our side trips to VT, MA and northern NY. Staying local near Caroga and Canada Lakes was also great. Hiking, kayaking, the race track at Saratoga, Baseball Hall of Fame all less than a 2 hour drive! Highly recommend!!

The only thing was in the room above us. It sounded like kids running back and forth at night. At times it sounded like they were jumping off the bed onto the floor. Other than that the rest of our stay was fine.

The staff was very accommodating. The facility is beautiful and the price was right.
