I woke up sick the next morning and I texted the AI asking if I could pay for a later check out. They said yes and then I got a phone call saying they don't do late check outs. Got a dirty look from the cleaner and left. Rugs in the halls were stained. Bathroom had big holes in the wall. Not an appealing place at all

We get to the property and was ignored by the front desk attendant for about a minute while I was standing right in front of him. Apparently what he was doing on his phone was way more important than doing his job. I finally spoke first and the first words to come out of his mouth were "Don't blame me, I didn't process your booking. Here's your room card." We were put into a THIRD FLOOR WALKUP ROOM!!! DON'T tell me you didn't have ANY rooms available on the first floor within 3 days. I proceeded to ask him where the elevator was. He said they didn't have one. He repeated his statement of "Don't blame me, it's what we got." Once I made it up 6 flights of steps, one-at-a-time, our room was hot and stuffy. The AC was off and the end tables barely held the lamp, much less a pair of glasses or a bottle of soda. No coffee set up, not much shower pressure and no general info to be found. The bed, was VERY comfortable. Once the room cooled off and my pain meds kicked in, I was able to finally get a little rest. The AM mgr was walking ahead of us down the steps in the AM and heard us talking. He asked us to contact the Manager directly and profusely apologized for the attendant. Appreciative of the information and attempt. Appreciative he tried to make amends,

No elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor. Room was clean and comfortable

A bit dated, staff kept garbage dumped, sheets and towels fresh as we stayed five nights. If you’re looking for a basic, no frills place to stay, this would suffice.
-
The hotel was clean but in desperate need of updating. There is no elevator for the second or third floor. It was very close to everything in town.
-
Location and the accessible bathroom.
-
Easy check in/out. Convenient spot after night at the races. Room was clean and prepared for arrival.

We didn’t stay. The parking area was unlit. It was uninviting. I wouldn’t get out of my car as I felt unsafe and I sure as heck was not going to let my granddaughters out of the car. We stayed elsewhere.
-
The room was okay but they offered breakfast and all the had instead was a pot of old self serve coffee.
-
I did not eat the breakfast The room was absolutely disgusting. I have photos of filth and 2 cock roaches.
-
Have been staying here a few times a year over the past four years. Patrons getting louder and louder. I think it may be housing section 8 or similar.
-
The door to the hotel was not locked
-
Disabled room The door on the room is short no privacy

We were going to stay at the Riverside Motel in Fultonville. That place looked SCARY. We left that motel ASAP and went to the Super 8. The Super 8 was MAGICAL in comparison. Very clean, no smoke odor, sizable room with microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast bagels were YUM! Very grateful not to fear that my car will be broken into or that I’ll be murdered in my sleep. Slept like a baby :)
