We celebrated our family reunion in Johnstown and stayed at this hotel. The time we spent here was lovely! The staff truly amazing. I look forward to our next stay here!

The hotel had LESS to offer than the 2-star Comfort Inn. I should have booked there. The cost was not fair for the value.

For the price of the room you would think they would have had vending machines to get drinks and snacks from since the restaurant was closed on Sunday but when asked about vending machines was told go to sheetz was the worse stay especially when they didn’t have any thing to offer I would never stay there again for that price

There was some confusion about parking in the parking garage. Apparently I had to pay a fee for that, but that needs to be checked on my receipt. The parking was free over the 4 decades I visited the hotel. I cannot find my receipt. I apparently did not pick it up. The karioke music Saturday evening was so loud that conversation in the dining room was often drowned out.

No pool, sauna, hot tub or fitness room. Didn't know property was being renovated before booking. Restaurant at the hotel closed. Luckily found several neighborhood restaurants to go to.

Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. I didn't like the fact there was no microwave to heat my food and had to walk to YMCA to go swimming due to renovation

The rooms were clean, the staff in the restaurant were friendly. The price was very high.

The location It was under construction. It was dusty, from sanding. The pool and gym were closed. None of this was mentioned upon booking. It was expensive to not have these amenities available.

We were looking forward to using the pool but found out when we arrived that renovations onsite would not avail us of that easy option. Our room was great, it's just the general reception area that was unfinished.

The only reason I choose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub which were under renovation so could not use them they could have sent an email stating this and I would have chosen a different location for half the cost if I didn’t want a pool! there are no vending machines or in hotel options to get a drink you have to leave the property if you need a drink or snacks. definitely not choosing this hotel next year for my daughters dance competition was a waste of time and money.

Rooms have been nicely remodeled. Excellent breakfast. Room was still being cleaned and was not available until after 5 pm

Very clean and updated. My only petty complaint would be the water pressure of the shower.

Hot tub, gym, and pool closed. NO mention of this ahead of stay. Booked because of the pool. Was under construction and many areas blocked off because of this. Found out upon arrival.
