Our stay was short, and were busy. I believe the cost savings outweigh the small short coming. I would like to also say that the location to the downtown area is awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone else and specifically that travel with a four legged pet! The staff was VERY helpful, and made our stay pleasant and secure. Thank you and look forward to staying with you folks again.

Literally nothing Smells, cleanliness, friendliness and service

Room was smaller than expected. There was no storage. We stayed 4 days and didn't request clean up. The staff and employees were helpful and friendly. They also made sure request for necessities were taken care of.

Smelled very clean when i walked in building and rooms too. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days, not good for me.

Cheaper The shower sucked

The photos of both the inside and outside of the property are AI and NOT REAL. Parking was horrible and it was in a bad part of town.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival check in was smooth and the young Indiana guy was very pleasant and helpful. The most disappointing part was no in room coffee maker. Also the morning breakfast was very very disappointing. When checking in I was told it was 7am to 930. I went to the breakfast area at 8 and was the only person there.. First the coffee pot was empty. Had to tell the desk guy that there was no coffee then it took 20 minutes for him to brew a pot. The selection was for crap No fruit, No sweet rolls or donuts. There was cereal however No spoons, kinda hard to eat with a plastic fork! There was cheap bread of bread for toast, no butter/margarine or jelly. No bagels or muffins. Just down right an embrassment! The bushy hair desk was to busy sitting at his desk playing computer games as ND going out to smoke than servicing the breakfast bar.

The location was perfect. With in walking distance to most dining and attractions. The breakfast was barely a snack, but McDonald's is next door. It would be more convenient to have an ice machine on each floor instead of just one in The lobby.
-
It was walking distance to the Summit Arena. And a sheetz right across the street

Staff very friendly and inviting. Went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable! Price very reasonable and worth it Nothing I didn’t like here. Very enjoyable

The room was clean but small The parking is awful

Ground floor window did not lock or close all the way, toilet did not flush, shower was dirty. You could not get a hold of anyone working at the front desk. We had to order toilet paper and the keys did not work the 2nd day which isn’t a huge deal until until all of the above. We were there for a cheer competition, will stay farther out if the Holiday Inn is booked.
-
The state of the bathroom. The exhaust fan did not work so when you took a shower water collected on the ceiling and yellow drops would fall from previous people smoking !!! I took a towel and wiped ceiling it was disgusting !! Toilet seat was broken. Hotel was fully booked so you couldn’t move rooms.

location to town was convenient old looking, not very clean, my sheets were dirty, ran out of TP and I was told I had to come down and get it.

There was hair in the bath tub drain when we entered our room & the side table was sticky along with behind it being dirty when I plugged it in. Our fridge was hot and smelled like fish and because I attempted to use it to store yogurt the scent lingered into our room while we were gone. The second night our room wouldn’t get below 72. We paid $169 a night and it wasn’t worth it.

I liked the location was near the arena. It was dirty, we went to the room and the towels were dirty the tub had hair the comforter on the bed had blood there was no toilet paper in the room either, the breakfast machines for juice were not working and there were very limited options for breakfast....
