Things which were fine - Breakfast was decent, the property was reasonab;e clean Things that were awful - room condition. Bathroom moldy and room ceiling was dripping

Once manager came back - check in was quick/easy. Manager upgraded room, which was appreciated. Room was very nice! AC filters were not well maintained so I cleaned all four out for us and them. Would provide a picture of all the dirt that came out, but I don't see that option here. Pointed this out to Manager as well. Manager left the dirt pile in the hallway for the maids to clean up in the morning? Went to pool and it had a lot of Algae in it, I have a pool myself so know the signs of subpar maintenance. Mentioned that to Manager too, not that he could do much at that time. Breakfast was above the average continental style as it had hot meal items and eggs. Chocolate milk was a nice touch too. Property seemed safe and was quiet, except car alarm going off at 1:30 am. I would stay there again, especially if I didn't want a clean pool for a kid to play in.

The reviews were misleading for this property or it went down hill quickly after I booked. The lobby gives off an immaculate stay but once we got to the room, the beds told a different story. I’ve never had to ask to move rooms until this stay. The young man at the front desk was very helpful. Even the second room wasn’t great because of the bathroom but at least the beds were clean.

Was very nice and clean. Not extraordinary, but nice. Great for the price.

It looked okay but wasn’t The rooms ceilings patched up look like finna fall in and house keepers let u know they have bed bugs and the 5 floor closed cause rain and birds live up there and they don’t change covers they tighten up sheets make it looks clean and new and it’s not they don’t have towels they giving them to u not fold and giving u pool towels

We were placed on 5th floor where roof had leaked onto ceiling. Sheetrock was stained and sagging. Smelled like mold and mildew. When we made our complaint and asked to be moved to a different room the owner informed us that there was not sufficient reason to move rooms. We then asked for refund and were denied. Facility was nothing like the photos on line. Very old and not well maintained

First off, room carpet was soaking wet on one side from water leak or something and staff made us feel like we were first people to have an issue… offered towels instead of a room change… finally got another room then they called us at midnight to ask why we were in that room… doors being slammed during the night, unsure if staff or other people staying… staff rude in the morning for breakfast… not one person asked how our stay was, which honestly was smart considering… will NOT stay here again

Location The toilet made a very loud high pitch squealing sound ALL night and I was told the maintenance man would get it the next morning and I had to deal with it. No television bc they didn’t have a remote to work it. They tried several remotes. The air would not get colder than 75 and again was told the maintenance guy would be there in the morning.

Nothing except the person running the desk was very kind The gang that was smoking pit and hanging out in the front entrance so you couldn’t pull into the are to leave car for a moment to check in. Doesn’t do well for image or feeling safety.

There is no longer a bar at this hotel so there is no free drink per customer anymore.
