Best Western Plus Jonesboro Inn and Suites

Breakfast was awful. The juice machine doesn’t work. All the juices are so watered down that it didn’t taste like real juice. The eggs were cold due to the warmer not working. The sausage taste so bad like it was spoiled that we didn’t even touch it.

The room was ok. No stopper in the bathroom sink. The breakfast was good. Had a room with 2 queen beds so 4 people could stay. Only enough bath towels for 2 people. We had 3 people. Could have asked for extra towels but not everyone used the shower. Otherwise everything else was ok.

Cant beat the price. Yes its a bit worn but perfect for a overnighter while traveling. Great location too. Next to Cracker Barrel!

Overall, room was clean and bed was comfortable, which served our needs. If rooms are priced $100+/night or you need a longer stay, you may want to look for other options.

Cons: only one towel in the room for 2 people, bathroom floor had urine on it in front of the toilet from the previous tenant, and the air conditioner leaked condensation so there was a huge wet spot by the air conditioner in the bedroom. We’ll find somewhere else to stay next time we’re passing through.

Check-in was easy, sufficient for a night. Clean room and standard hotel breakfast

Perfectly average place

We had a wonderful room, and everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing that keeps me from an excellent rating is that the hotel was old and could use some updating.

The staff was doing their best, but many were brand new. The breakfast buffet was lacking even though the sweet staff member was doing her best. The room was damp and the sink didn't drain well. Not every floor has an ice maker. The first floor was dealing with flooding and was slippery. The ice maker on the first floor had poor tasting ice. The elevators were weird. The dryer was out so we couldn't do laundry. My feet were black from walking around the room.

Helpful staff, could be a bit cleaner. The room we stayed in smelled of chlorine not sure if it was from cleaning supplies or the last family that stayed there used the pool. Lots of repairs needed to happen around the building. The exercise facility was in very poor shape. Treadmill did not work and various ceiling and wall repairs needed to be done. Overall okay stay-we just needed a place to crash during a long road trip.

This was truly a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again.

Once more the staff were either incapable of communicating at reception or got things wrong. I was send to a restaurant on foot some few miles away to find it closed. Luckily there was an excellent one nearby. Once a fountain of local knowledge Now a desert

I couldn't connect to the wifi. It would connect then disconnect.

Property was clean, staff friendly, but when I checked out, turned in my key and thanked the staff, there was a surly youngman sitting with the clerk who looked at me like why was I there. Not a good look for the front desk. Too bad because otherwise I felt like I got my monies worth.

Bed were confidant Large room Price ok. The staff was great, but I don't plan to stay again.
