Best Western Plus Jonesboro Inn and Suites

The management was great, the room I got was a tad small, upgraded me with it question to a suite. Room was great, much larger. The cons. 2 cockroaches and one of the worst mattresses i have ever been on… here we are. I would stay here again, I will say that.

Front desk guys are good. Breakfast is good. Clean room. Steal deal for the price.

Looked like pubic hair on tub floor. Empty “complimentary soaps” in shower . Fridge didn’t work. Killed a roach on the wall. Used coffee pod in coffee maker.

The room was clean but it also needed updating. The tv didn’t work. The guy at the desk was really nice and said that they were in the process of replacing the tv’s. We had an iPad so it was okay. The bathroom had some rotten areas around the bathtub. Maybe mold I’m not sure but if they were replacing the tv’s maybe they were also going to fix that too. The breakfast was amazing and over all I would stay there again.

Breakfast was delicious. Excellent coffee machine. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast area exceeded my expectations. Room was yuck! Carpet seemed slimy. We kept our shoes on when moving around. Flooring needed repair. Couch cushions were stained. Room had an odd lay out and not only was the decor dated but the room needed repair. Out of date decor is no issue but the room had an overall yuck feeling. The bedding was clean otherwise we would not have stayed.

Location to everything. We’ve stayed here before. Elevators always being worked on and the one that does work takes forever, bathroom drain barely drained at all, stain on ceiling, phone in the room isn’t even connected to anything, front desk gave a key to another guest that accessed my room. I had just gotten out of the shower and she walked in saying the front desk gave her the room key. Little awkward for me and I’m sure for her too. Called the front desk to tell them and they said let me look into it and I’ll call you back, and got no return call or apology or anything.

Conveniently located and reasonably priced Lots of road noise from the interstate, breakfast would run out and not be replenished and the room had large damp spots on the wall and ceiling with paper peeling off.

For the cheap price, I do not mind a little run down but our rooms were not clean. Our first room had stained sheets. I don’t believe the bedding was changed from the previous guest. Big stain on one bed and stains and a hair in the other. The staff was helpful and gave us a new room. It was cleaner but still trash from previous guest behind the dresser and only one towel and very limited toilet paper in the room. The Libby was clean and nice but the rooms we experienced were not great. Would not book again.

Disappointing

I didn't like the fact that when I first got there the remote control is busted I asked for a new one I got a new one it didn't work I just dealt with it. I ordered pizza and brought it back saved it for the morning when I woke up it was covered in ants. Other than that it was okay

I liked the price for the value of what we got as well as the fact that I got a joining rooms for the kids to have a place of their own. The place was a little wild with alot of construction workers staying for out of town work and they were smoking weed when we arrived and had several police outside searching them which was worrisome with my kids present. Also the elevators were a little strange and didnt work quite right

I love the fact that it smell like fabuloso. I love the cleaniness also in the elevator as well. You dont get that in any hotels. I love the fact that when i got off work my bed was done and they had fresh towels for me for the next day.

The only thing i can think of was the sink was drainging too slow. The room was my dream. I love the space. I hope i can get that room if it is available. There was kids running up and down the hall 1 or 2 in the morning which disturb my rest for work but everything else went great beside that one day. Everyone was friendly and helpful so i would love to visit again.
