Amazing beds.. comfy.. nice room but we had nats in our room and I killed like 20 and they still kept showing up.. we had room 300 it was by the ice machine room so I wouldn't want that room number again... Under the cabinet in bathroom was dirty , needed to sweep under it and something black was on the floor entering the room... Don't know what it was but we still had a good time but will not rent again and also there was a 150 deposit...

We had a great stay. Very clean room, inviting atmosphere and the staff was very helpful.

Staff was very efficient and friendly.

Staff very nice. Lots of grass for pets. Room was comfortable. Bed was nice. Best of all, the coffee was good. Close to the interstate, but not too noisy. AC was a little loud.

Everything!! It was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in . The kitchenette was an added bonus ! No complaints !
-
Very clean room the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great thanks for a great place to stay.
-
Breakfast was disappointing. The gravy had too much salt and pepper, and the juice machine dispensed only water. Otherwise this is a great place to stay.

Staff friendly, good breakfast, fair price, clean.

Comfortable and clean, good breakfast Parking area and street entrance to the hotel could use some attention. Entrance may be more a city issue than the hotel responsibility.

My 12 year old son and I had been on a road trip and all he wanted to do was enjoy the swimming pool when we had stopped for the evening. When we checked in no one let us know that the pool was closed because of maintenance. We checked in and went outside to check the pool out when there was a deadbolt on the gate. No sign just all locked up. We went back inside to ask and she said that it was closed for maintenance. I asked if they owned any other properties in the area if we could use their pool but she said they didn't. So we had to sit in our room and play cards instead of getting to enjoy the amenities.

the beds were comfortable, pillows were not and they smelled. not impressed. When I arrived I was informed that I would also have to put down an additional $150.00 Deposit because the college kids have been making a mess in the rooms. I am 68 years old. When I inquired the next morning about my deposit I was told it would take a couple of days for it to go back on my account. There was very little milk, the girls had to wait for awhile for it to put enough in there cereal. Creamer was soured. Put it in my coffee and it curled on top of it. There was no bacon, only grilling sausage, Bread was too big to fit into the toaster and there was only 3 pieces of the bread that would fit and they were taken. Hash brown didn't look cooked.

Max helped change sheets on my bed, because they had several blood spots on them. Unexpected charged deposit. Dirty sheets on one bed, dirty sock and candy wrapper and toy ball under my bed. Dirt and dust under bed and around night stand. Took several minutes to get enough hot water for shower. Moldy smell in reception and in our room. Door to room very difficult to open. No milk for my cereal at 7AM. Normally, I would never leave a bad review, but you need to be more focused on cleanliness, and not add a deposit hold when charging a credit card.

This is my second time staying there the property is extremely clean. Has a wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff

Everything was good, the only bit of drawback that there was a lot of road/traffic noise. Great place, great price, close to many eating establishments
-
Great location, staff was extremely nice, room was clean and comfortable.

Could have been better. The property could have been cleaned a lot better in main areas. Our room had ants. No help for discount or move rooms. Just told I will let maintenance know to address before we rent it to someone else. It was just eh!

Location was great and close to a favorite restaurant of ours! There was a hiccup at check-in (it was not the fault of myself, nor the staff) but it was easily fixed. Super friendly employee that helped! Clean and the most comfortable bed. The elevator was very shaky, loud, and had a few times when I thought it was getting stuck. If our room was closer to ground level, I would've just used the stairs. Was a little frightening! Just wish that could be repaired :)
