Comfortable and quiet

Enjoyed my stay. Was in town visiting my college student. The hotel was located in a nice area close to restaurants and shopping. My younger children swim in the indoor pool, which was nice. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable. We’ll stay again next time we are in town.

Absolutely NOTHING Bed bugs, mold on the bottom of mattress on pull out couch, food styck on cushions of couch, stains on curtains and them falling off, stains on the floor, beds squeaky trying to turn shower on and it flooded the floor not surr how.. BED BUGS IN BED... ALL TOGETHER WE LEFT WITHIN 18MIN. OF GETTING OUR ROOM

The room we were given smelled like mold and the main light fickered bad asked if they had some water damage was told no...I only stayed there a few hours because I started getting sick walk downstairs to find a room below us with extensive water damage and mold with fans moving the air around. Left my name and number with hotel staff numerous times for manager or owner and nothing done. They did have plenty of parking.

Staff was very nice and professional.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and check in was quick and easy.

First room smelt like smoke, the next room had a few dead bugs and one still kicking. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, the tub didn't drain. There was mold around the tub. The couch wasn't clean.

Nothing I booked this reservation a full week in advance and specifically provided my expected arrival time. When making the reservation, I was given the option to pay at the property, which I selected. I arrived at 11:29 PM after traveling to Arkansas because my son had a football game. After a long day supporting my son at his game, the last thing I expected was to arrive at the hotel and be told that my reservation had been canceled because they tried to charge my card and the payment didn’t go through. This makes absolutely no sense when I chose the “pay at property” option. If the hotel required a payment or authorization beforehand, that should have been clearly communicated instead of canceling my reservation. To make matters worse, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and showed very little understanding. I was already exhausted from being at my son’s game and traveling, and this made an already stressful night even worse. After booking a week in advance and giving my expected arrival time, I should have been able to check in without dealing with this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing, and the customer service was unacceptable.

The room was comfy

The stay was fine but I put a hundred dollar cash deposit down and my spouse was told at checkout that they couldn't get in the room at the time and would have to come back for the deposit. When I called to check on the situation I was told that the linen was soiled. If the linen was soiled why didn't that get said at checkout instead of that they couldn't get in the room at the time? I asked how the linen was soiled but they couldn't tell me. That was a hundred dollars out of my pocket and it would be different if that was told at check out and not 5 hours later
