Fairfield Inn & Suites Jonesboro

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was overall clean. The wallpaper around the hotel and in the rooms was bubbling like it’s not adhered very well. The frames on our bathroom pictures were damaged from bathroom moisture.

Needs upgrades. Some of the room equipment rusty and very used. Breakfast mediocre. I have had better from other Fairfield hotels

It was clean and the staff was nice!

z Staff were not properly trained. Had to call store manager twice, they couldnt find our payment at both check in and check out. Took like an hour each time.

Room was spacious and pool was clean and ready to go! Breakfast staff was very helpful too

Hotel was awesome and the front desk guy was the as good as it gets. Thankyou for the good breakfast, would definitely come back again!

Breakfast was excellent. Shower was good and strong. Bath towels were nice and thick. The shower curtain was not big enough. It did not go all the way across the shower and water leaked out both the front and back. I chose the property because it was pet friendly so I brought two small dogs instead of boarding them. When I checked in, I discovered there was a $50 nonrefundable pet fee. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website. It would have been nice to have known that upfront. It was more than it would have cost to board them.

The ice machines on every floor didn't work. We had to go buy a bag of ice. Breakfast wasn't good. They served packaged sausage and biscuits instead of fresh biscuits and those ran out. Water ran out. Eggs were watery. I have been regularly staying at this hotel for at least 4 years now and it is going downhill. I will stay somewhere else next time. Staff is very kind.

The stay was good, however there were a musty /damp like after you shower smell to the room everytime we walked into it .

Hotel was great actually just really disappointed about the swimming pool being out of order as that was the sole purpose of booking this particular hotel

Where it’s located Everything

The breakfast staff member (lady) was personable and proficient. She made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Bed was comfortable and pleasant. Front desk staff personable. Safety issues at the dumpster surround in rear of property. Boards fallen down with nails sticking up. I was worried that child or pet would step on them and get injured. That area needs cleanup and replacement/

The shower had great wTer pressure, the breakfast buffet had lots of protein choices and the location was close to restaurants. Easy access of & on the highway I was disappointed the pool was closed
