Room, beds, good breakfast. Lots of choices. Swimming pool was not heated so it wasn't comfortable to swim in. One of the main reasons for the stay.

The light in the pool was hanging out with electrical wires connected and staff advised we usually just push those back in, and there were ants all over the room

The hotel was clean, staff very engaging and friendly. Breakfast was good and area clean. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker are nice additions. The only problem is with the air conditioner in the room. It had difficulty keeping the room cool, especially during the day. I recommend the hotel, just know its limitation when the weather is hot.

The mattress was filthy and the sheets would not stay on! The whole thing was stained! No mattress cover under the sheets!

Location We stayed on the 3rd floor and stay two nights, BOTH nights from 11pm-230am people were running thumping and jumping above us. We called the front desk from my cell because the phone wasn’t working, and complained and nothing was done. No suggestion to move the room, and when I called to let them know of my complaints I was told I would be contacted back via a manager or gm and have not heard anything back, it’s Friday that was Tuesday. I have no idea if it was kids or what but I had a 13 year old and a 9 year old with me and they were not running or jumping around after hours. The lady doing breakfast both mornings did not have enough food out for the capacity of people staying. We sat around for 20 minutes before eggs or sausage came out and waiting to make a waffle. No biscuits for the b&g and no cups for the drinks. Travel to Arkansas often and I am so displeased.
