Ok, cheap stay.

Superb

Good deal economically. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good!

The room was dirty. No one wanted to take a shower without shower shoes. Toilet looked nasty. The adjoining room (didn’t use/need) had a handle missing so you could see through to the other door- not safe. Hall and room smelled.

The property was very clean. Linens and bedding spotless. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Continental breakfast in lobby very well done. The rooms could use a bit of refurbishing. Gouges, scrapes, and ware showing on cabinetry, doors and moldings. The bathtub was clean, but the surface ware made it look dirty. You can hear other visitors doors opening and closing and people talking in the hall. The noise level did not continue late and did not interrupt my rest. It was a convenient location for me but I will compare ratings and room rates for my next visit to Kalamazoo. I think the room rate was a bit high for the room condition. Check in was very slow even though I had a pre-paid reservation.

Close to the skating ring for us. Breakfast was good.

It was fine for a last minute one night stay

Pool was disgusting, couldnt muster up the courage to use it. Sink watwr was brown, couldnt brush my teeth didnt want to shower as i can see the tub had brown water stains. The room had a strong odor and was musty as well. One of my worst hotel stays ive experienced in years, was fruatrated the cost for stay didnt match what we received, lost money tbh

Lots of parking. The room was just okay. Our bathroom had black mold around the top edge of the wall. The pool is tiny and has a lot of broken tiles. It was cold even tho it’s “heated”.

Property is very old. The room I stayed in smelled awful and there was some kind of mold on the walls. The pole holding the shower curtain up and coming out of the wall and in need of repair. I cannot believe how expensive the room was for what I got in return. Never again.

Preferred additional meat options and better brand of sausage with patty/ links as options, disappointed there was no BACON but the overall stay and rates, EXCEPTIONAL

Very musty smell. Thick layers of dust on top of shelves, headboard and tv. A window so dirty you could barely see out of so we left the curtains closed as to not look at it. There are plenty of signs of either mildew or mold in the corners of the ceiling of the bathroom. With the lack of cleanliness we decided it was best not to even attempt the breakfast in the morning or use the ice bucket.

Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed--exactly what was needed for a single traveler spending time in Kalamazoo with friends. Breakfast was a bit "meh", but that might be expected these days at most hotels. I would stay again.

The bathroom fan didn’t work and the window curtains were moldy.

Ohr stay was enjoyable. You should stay here too.

The TV was very difficult to operate. The pool looked like it needed to be cleaned and the lighting was dark. The breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fin.

- would have liked to have a fitness center on site. Other than that, stay was great!
