    My three children and I had a fabulous time spending two fun filled days at The Hampton Inn!! Very clean , Wonderful Staff, Pool Was Fantastic as well as Tge Work Put Room, Delicious Breakfast. Absolutely 5 Starts!!! ❤️❤️

    The internet was down after a big storm. The staff was calm and methodical in the checkin and follow up process. Room was clean and comfortable.

    The only employee working when we checked in was exceptionally kind. I docked points at check in because you as a company choose to understaff to make more profit. She was doing her other tasks for the night and the phone wasn't connected through the building so it took awhile to get in. She was so kind and apologetic and we understand it wasn't her fault at all, if even one more employee was allowed to be staffed then it would've been no problem. She didn’t say this was the problem, I formerly worked in the industry and could see no other employee which is a problem. Brand choosing to understaff to a point it effects customers

    If I could rate less than 1 full I would. Parking at this facility was worse than non existent, I informed the front desk the rest of my party would not arrive until very late, we're in town for performing fireworks display, they said no problem. I asked about where to park our trailers after the show they said use the next door lot which wound up full beyond capacity. Went to the front desk to check in the additional crew and the desk had no one available to check them in. My crew wound up elsewhere incurring additional last minute charges. This hotel was the worst experience I've had in 15 years of doing fireworks and 25 years of travelling extensively for work

    Expedia is the problem!!! Terrible customer service making a single Dad pay for nights they didn't stay, when the hotel staff said is was fine to check out early without penalty. My card was charged for 2 nights thru Expedia and I paid separately for Thursday night as our baseball tournament started earlier than anticipated and ended earlier than anticipated too. $250 for one night at this hotel is gauging. This is a $120 a night hotel maximum.

    No housekeeping until the third day..and then when they finally serviced the room they didn’t leave clean towels. When asked about housekeeping the manager on duty said housekeeping was performed every day. The ice maker on the fourth floor was out of service and the one on the third floor..while working, had a water leak from the ceiling. The in room refrigerator barely worked and was missing one of it feet so it tipped to one side when opened. The fitted sheets were apparently not the right size for the bed and didn’t stay on. There were no blankets on the bed when we checked in..I went to the manager and asked for them. Regarding the lack of housekeeping services, the manager gave me plastic bags to empty the trash into and place in the hall.

    Staff really nice. We were low on body wash and shampoo and they were able to get it to us fast. Breakfast was ok. Pool was clean.

    A bed to sleep in We were transferred to 3 different rooms as none of the doors locked. The main lock. Mattress in the hallway. Renovations going on but poorly serviced

    Breakfast was good. Desk clerk was great. Cable TV service was not user-friendly. We could not figure out how to access any local TV stations. The only news we could find was from other countries, Brazil, or UK. We could bring up a channel guide, but couldn't figure out how to select a channel, other than surf one by one, and many said they were not available.
