Hampton Inn Kalamazoo

Great room temp and shower! A dirty shirt from previous guests was left in closet. It’s an older hotel, but overall good stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

The staff were great. bed bugs were noted in the bed. Very stressful.

Very impressed with this place. Very clean, convenient, comfy beds. Enjoyed our stay.

Todo muy bien con la habitación está esta es 4 ves que reservamos. Realmente nos gusta todo. Solo que esta vez nuestro cuarto estaba en el tercer piso. Y los huéspedes del 4 piso tenían niños que desde muy temprano empezaron a correr por todo el cuarto y los pasillos. Llame a la recepción Y nadie fue a poner orden. Como ya no pudimos dormir decidimos hacer el check out temprano.

One of their employees, Kristin, was a tremendous help for me!! I had several issues that affected me due to my disabilities. She personally resolved the problem while being very friendly and respectful. Kudos to her!!!

Disappointing, not up to normal Hampton Inn standards. Unpleasant check in. Broken fixture in bathtub. Key card not properly programmed for my 3-day stay. Substandard housekeeping. Evening reception not available when needed to solve a problem; called the number posted, but nobody answered. Breakfast was OK.

We enjoyed our stay, it was close to everything we wanted to go too. I loved it being right off the freeway. Having a husband that likes to sleep in the free breakfast is always a must and I liked how they change the hot food up every day. Rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful.

Good experience overall

Overall great stay. There were initially problems with the indoor pool being too cold, but maintenance quickly corrected the issue. Breakfast was pretty good with several options to choose from. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. General manager was very welcoming! Property well maintained. Nice location. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

My three children and I had a fabulous time spending two fun filled days at The Hampton Inn!! Very clean , Wonderful Staff, Pool Was Fantastic as well as Tge Work Put Room, Delicious Breakfast. Absolutely 5 Starts!!! ❤️❤️

The internet was down after a big storm. The staff was calm and methodical in the checkin and follow up process. Room was clean and comfortable.

Expedia is the problem!!! Terrible customer service making a single Dad pay for nights they didn't stay, when the hotel staff said is was fine to check out early without penalty. My card was charged for 2 nights thru Expedia and I paid separately for Thursday night as our baseball tournament started earlier than anticipated and ended earlier than anticipated too. $250 for one night at this hotel is gauging. This is a $120 a night hotel maximum.

This hotel is in excellent condition. The desk staff was friendly and informative.

Great night on our vacation.

No housekeeping until the third day..and then when they finally serviced the room they didn’t leave clean towels. When asked about housekeeping the manager on duty said housekeeping was performed every day. The ice maker on the fourth floor was out of service and the one on the third floor..while working, had a water leak from the ceiling. The in room refrigerator barely worked and was missing one of it feet so it tipped to one side when opened. The fitted sheets were apparently not the right size for the bed and didn’t stay on. There were no blankets on the bed when we checked in..I went to the manager and asked for them. Regarding the lack of housekeeping services, the manager gave me plastic bags to empty the trash into and place in the hall.

Room cleanliness at or above average. Front Desk staff friendly and helpful.
