This Hotel has bed bugs something bite me while I was sleeping which wakes me up.

It was easy on and off the highway - easy to get to The facility is in despair. The rooms we stayed in were dirty, the carpets smelled bad, the TVs were old and outdated so much so that my remote did not have a back cover to it. There were some weird people hanging around the facility, didn't make it feel safe. The bathrooms were moldy. The pool was ok, but there were no towels available and the door didn't work properly. The breakfast was bland and plain. The staff, while friendly, was not helpful. I can go on. While I understand that it was a cheaper stay than some of the other places and you get what you pay for, I can say that I have stayed at less costly places than this and the conditions weren't even close to what this hotel was.

This was such a great stay. This hotel was so nice. The staff were so very friendly and took really good care of us. We will definitely be back for our next visit next year when we come visit our son again. Thank you to the entire staff. We appreciate the great service.

This hotel was awful and nothing like the photos! It was extremely dirty and run down. There was a terrible smell, mold in the bathroom, crumbs all over the floor, stains on every single wall. There were stains on the bedding. The shower curtain rod was falling and the walls were cracked. There were people who seemed to be living there slamming doors all night with loads of traffic coming in and out. We did not feel safe at all and checked out at 9:00pm and drove the four hours home rather than stay another night. The staff was friendly. Literally the only good thing I have to say.

Was okay for a one night stay, but nothing I would book again. Room itself was clean, but the hallways and entrance were filthy. Parking lot not taken care of. People smoking despite it being a non smoking hotel.

Passable

We stay here about 2-3 times a year and have been for about 4 years. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff has always been very kind and courteous. The swimming pool is supposed to be heated but it was cold this trip. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast was not good. Every morning the only hot item was biscuits and gravy. It was pretty terrible. They should really invest in a pancake or waffle maker like most Days Inns have. We will continue to stay here though because it's very close to our families house.

It was reasonably priced but what I didn’t like was the microwave was old and dingy, the mattress was sunk in and the bathroom had a hole in the ceiling

Literally off highway. Gas station basically at entrance. No walkable restaurants. Great value, plenty of larger rig/trailer parking. Nice pool, super well lit, & AC working like a champ! Nothing. Great value.

Clean place, everything very basic, however is far from the airport, downtown and arrowhead stadium, beware if you are attending a game at the stadium, all cabs, specially Ubers after a game would stand outside the stadium and would not take a trip for less than 100 dollars, tried charging me back to the hotel $160, insane.

Roomy for a 2 queen room. Staff helpful and courteous. Memory foam mattresses. A/C worked very well (important as every day was in the high 90s). Location good for Kansas City, KS attractions. Breakfast was pretty basic. Fitness room was not well equipped - treadmill not up to rigorous use, weight bench with no weights. Shower was problematic - shower curtain rod badly installed so curtain did not stay closed. Fitted sheets were too small so kept popping corners. No closet and short towel rod badly installed- no where to dry towels for 4.
