Great stay, nice room, nice pool, nice people, had a great stay!

Staff here are unbelievably nice! I've met some nice people at office check in. But these people were better than family! And the day manager took the time as she was leaving to talk with me and wish me safe travels. Anything you need you feel they can take care of you.

If you need a place to sleep then this will work.

It was a very good experience for price. It says its a motel, but the room was like a two star hotel or better.

Perdi mi billetera y no me ayudaron en nada ,deberian de tener camaras en todo el hotel y no lo tienen en 20 minutos se me perdio la billetera y no pudieron revisar las camaras

All good except the clinliness of the rooms. Staff was helpful and cooperative.

The staff was helpfull and they were friendly.I was disappointed that I couldn't use the people, since it had rained.

A bit far from city downtown , yo have to walk r catch public transport, which is far away

Property management unprofessional

Lots of addicts roaming the grounds and closed pool early for rain when it was not even raining. And 5 us stay in room with one towel given to us.

A well-maintained once elegant but now slightly shabby hotel. Clean and comfortable.

Bad area but friendly staff. Lots of ice machines which i love

I was not allowed to rent the room. I was accused of trying to sneak a dog in. First off I don't own a dog. How can I get this over turned so I can use the american inn again

That place has no wash cloth to use after a hard day at work this has been going on for 2 weeks now

Y el carro era rentado no podía dejarlo donde sea porque si pasaba algo tendría que haber pagado una cantidad estúpida de dinero. Les dije que me regresaran mi dinero y dijeron que metiera un papel con la manager que regresaba el día siguiente. Y eran las 12 de la noche Y tuve que ir a buscar donde dormir y perdí mi dinero . Es el peor lugar que he ido

We stayed here during a softball tournament. Nice comfy beds, very nice staff. Needs a little TLC and we were worried about the area and didn’t know if it would be loud at night. It wasn’t at all. If you stay here you won’t be disappointed.

If you are looking to score drugs or prostitution. This is your place. If you are looking for comfort and relaxation. This is not your place. Absolutely nothing
