The next room’s shower was not operational and they had no maintenance staff on hand to fix it. Just wanted a simple room and two didn’t live up to the expectation. It was clean thoigh

Staff is difficult plus you check in via kiosk which is the laziest thing ever and you can’t understand what the kiosk operator is even saying

When you go to check in, there is NOT a person. To great you or check you in. You get greated by a guy on a kiosi to check you in. The first room we was signed to had so much cleaning fumes, you could not breath. The second room was better, however other guest was smoking weed like crazy. The breakfast was really bad. I wish I would not have booked this motel.
-
check in through a kiosk? what a nightmare! the person on the other end could not speak or understand English well. you also get surprised with a $100 deposit requirement at check-in.
-
I was disappointed that their was no onsite staff at the front desk for check in. Also that they require a $100 deposit for room damage. I would have been ok with that if I knew that there was someone on site at all to assist when I had an issue with my credit card and their machines communicating.

Pool legitimately smelled like poo. Hotel just feels musty and smell like pot everywhere. Pretty rough compared to what the photos showed. If only you could smell through the photos.

Clean and everything thing worked and breakfast was good
-
THe room was clean, bathroom was a little small. Staff was helpful and breakfast was decent. Came for the FIFA Quarterfinals. I would stay again...
-
I like the breakfast and room layout I didn’t like how I did not receive my deposit back and the card on their recieve did not match the card I paid my deposit with, was very fishy!!
-
The only ackward part was the check in process. The kiosk check in was lengthy and difficult to understand the person behind the screen. Overall, interesting concept. Keys worked, did complete the check in eventually, but no personal greeting. It is a personal preference, not a deterrent to go back.
-
Clean, pool was not in service. Not a fan of dealing with a Kiosk machine to check in. Staff when seen friendly. Breakfast was good

The floors was still dirty

Room clean Pool was nasty

No front desk people to ask for help. Had to check in at a kiosk. Pool was closed our entire stay. Our bathroom ceiling leaked on our heads when we sat on the toilet. A biker gang took over the entire parking lot and set up chairs and hung out in front of the door to the hotel all night revving their engines and there was no attendant on site to monitor things.
-
Hardly any staff in sight , old and outdated, not very clean. Best I can say is the linens were clean. Pool was closed for maintenance. Some sketchy looking people staying there and always smoking right outside the entrance. We were only there one night so it was tolerable but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Could not give me towels for a shower no pool no hot tub breakfast was horrible smells up and down the halls

We had a nice two-night stay here while in Kansas City for basketball games at Homefield Courts. It’s the perfect mid-level hotel for anyone looking for great value—we really didn't want to spend a fortune on lodging while traveling for basketball, and this was an excellent choice. The room was the perfect retreat from the extreme heat—the air conditioning worked incredibly well, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the hotel’s quiet, peaceful location. Everything was booked through Expedia at a very reasonable price, and we would definitely choose to stay here again for future trips to the courts!

It had a weird smell in the room it; check in was weird; if I ever have to check in with a machine I won't be staying at a hotel. The front desk checked in 3 people by the time the kiosk did 1 and they allowed a stay with out an id. Not so good people hanging around the parking lot
