Everything was nice

Exceptional

The room smelled a bit like cat pee. Mold in the shower. Water pressure in the sink was super low. Carpet felt wet like a dehumidifier was needed. Curtains were broken and wouldn't close all the way. Some liquid or something on a couple walls. The bed was clean and no bed bugs so that was a positive. Staff was nice. For $270, we expected better.

Hotel is in need of basic updates But just to have a close place to sleep after the game it’s ok.

Room was dirty and hotel overall is older and run down.

The room smelled so bad it made us sick. We did not have them clean the second day due to that smell. TV did not work. Key to door did not work right, had to put it in and out about 10 times before door opened. No hot water at night in shower. This should not even be listed on your site!!! Would never ever stay there again. We tried to find another hotel but pretty much booked due to sporting event unless we wanted to pay triple at other hotels!!! Very disappointed wanted a refund!!!

Good place to rent for vacation.

It was ok. It’s like it was a great hotel and then went down hill

It’s a gross outdated, understaffed hotel. It was VERY dirty, the bathroom had hardly any TP, not enough towels. I had to ask the front desk for bedding for the pull out. The poor front desk guy had a list, he was writing down room numbers to deliver sheets and towels to after checking everyone in.

They serve the breakfast late. The parking is bright and felt safe

Clean room

Poorly maintained and not up to expectations. Room was clean. Desk staff were usually on personal calls. Did not speak clear English.

This property appears to be running down. Peeling wallpaper, peeling paint, sloppy painting. Strange sealing on portion of bathroom floor. Counters chalky. Management charged $100 deposit to be held for "4 or 5 days." Unfair business practice holding refund far beyond reasonable time. Food offerings ok.

The property was located close to the Starlight. It was easy to find .it was close to most food. All were helpful and room was clean . Price was very reasonable.

Staff was helpful. Traveling with others and there were a number of rooms that smelt like someone had been smoking in it recently and were moved to a new room. Wouldn't stay here again.

Lawn was overgrown, not maintained at all. Asked for 2nd night cancelation, was told manager would have to ok it. I was told 3 different things about manager. Left my number for manager to call regarding cancelation, 1 week has passed no call.
