If you're going to have a kitchenette then there should at least be a coffee maker with supplies included. Elevator was dreadfully slow and the 3rd floor opening was extremely loud and squeaky. Could definitely need some repairs. Otherwise it was a basic room.

while the room was clean and well taking of, I would think an that an extended stay room with a cooktop, sink and larger refrigerators would have dish ware and pots and pans. but there was nothing at all. not even a coffee pot.

The hotel was great value considering all of the other hotels in the area were $350+/night due to the world cup. we only paid $65 and it was by far the lowest price lodging option.

The fitted sheet came off the mattress constantly. No art on the walls. Had a loose toilet seat.

My wife and daughter stayed there for a trip to Children's Mercy. My wife said the room was filthy. Hair all over the bathroom the floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for a while. She has pictures if you would like proof. She said the place was new and looked nice. There was a lot of workers staying there and wasn't really meant for a family. We will not stay there again. I'm very protective of my family.

Overall basic, you sleep and move on. Floors are dirty, maybe they sweep but you walk without socks in your room from the bathroom to your bed and your feet are black. No room service while you are there. We had a double queen with 4 adults and two children, they stocked us with two towels. It was like pulling teeth to not have to share towels and each get our own. A lot of people seem to live there. Staff is friendly, just depends on who you get. Advertise what you have on the paper you hand to people at time of check in. We came for a softball tournament, seems like this place just caters to locals or long term tenants. We wouldn’t have booked knowing how restricted they are with bedding, towels and just overall resources. Girls come back from game time dirty and we clearly upset the front desk lady every time we asked for a towel or exchanged.

Hotel was clean and in a good location. There were no coffee makers in rooms and no ice machine on the property. When I asked at checkout as I was packing up, the staff told me there was an ice cube tray in my freezer. Would have been helpful the night before so I could have filled it up and had at least a few cubes of ice for the road! There was only one push button coffee machine in the lobby and the sugar and cream options were the most basic I have ever seen. It was pitiful. Other than that everything was fine

The A/C was fine, the bed was not as comfortable as most hotels. There is no shampoo or conditioner for showers and there is no ice machine. You have to bring all the items in yourself. Also, no breakfast provided. It might be fine for some, but not what I was expecting.

Place is gross. They only provide room service every 2 weeks, rooms and beds are disgusting.
