Been there a few times and it worked for what I needed. Last visit there were a few outlets that were broken and almost no hot water for the shower

Clean. Friendly.

No privacy curtains on windows, just the pull shades. Air conditioners had very worn or missing controls. Security door between lobby and hotel, in addition to exterior doors made for an awful time fighting the luggage cart. Luggage cart had mismatched wheels, causing a major lean and pull to the left. This was bad with a light load, almost unmanageable with a moderate load. Toilet flush handle installed incorrectly leaked water onto the floor. Laminate flooring in rooms felt sticky and cheap.

Beds were extremely comfortable Very loud neighbors above us, kept us up all hours of night, believe they were permanent residents, the blinds suck, allows to much light in, impossible to sleep in, good thing we brought our own stuff, no shampoo, soaps provided! Have to carry down our dirty towels to get fresh everytime. Absolutely NOT worth it, for the price I paid!

It would've been nice to have breakfast, even donuts with coffee

The general manager was horrible. Nicest way I can put it. Stayed many times with no intent to go back ever just because of her. Did get double charged also for my night but waiting to see what happens with that. The staff member who handled it let me know right away tho and was pleasant and the only helpful, not rude, and helpful person on the entire staff and I wish I remembered her name. After many days at this facility I wish they had their old staff back tho, and other residents even talked about one gentleman going to Nebraska? maybe so it's a shame what it has come to

Location and no breakfast

Staff was never rude it’s hard to find nice people these days

It looked nice, it that was about the best thing I can say about the hotel. The bed was hard, you could hear everything outside of the room door shutting, people talking, and people above you walking. The room we reserved were not clean or ready by 3PM and it took 2.5hrs before we got to go in our room and they did not comp anything. They didn’t even extend the stay the next more or offer anything for the inconvenience.

Really good stay

The location was easy to get to, with a few necessary things within walking distance. The room wasn't ready for almost 2 hours after our check-in time. No communication. I needed a ground floor disability access room and was given the 4th floor. The floor was tacky, like it had a film or residue on it, or it was mopped with dirty water? Walking through there made so much noise. We couldn't be barefoot. We had to wear socks the whole time. The bed frame was dirty, and the mattress made so much noise every time we sat down, stood up, rolled over. And it was incredibly uncomfortable. The pillowcases were stained. There were almost zero toiletry supplies. They gave us 1 towel. No bath mat. No washcloths. 1 small bar of soap and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. No tissues. No pen and paper or anything to write with. The beverage vending machine was out of order, so there were no drinks or caffeine. All in all, that room was a 1 of 5 stars. It was exactly what I would expect from a budget roadside motel, not a 4 star hotel, with a 7.6/10 Booking.com rating?

.location This was horrible. There wasn’t even a blanket they had a sheet as the top cover. No soap, no lotion, no travel conditioner or shampoo in the bathroom . Towels did not look newly washed . I just think they can do better
-
It was clean There was nothing room darkening about the blinds. Sun was coming up and the room was bright even with them closed.

Clean and Spacious, newer building. Nice coffee available in the lobby all the time. Shopping available nearby. Squeaky elevator, lots of noise- dogs and babies crying, lots of long-term residents. You have to ask for all supplies at the front desk, even TP. After several days when we went down to exchange our towels, there weren’t any available, so we had to reuse the ones we had. Blinds let lots of light through. Didn’t get good sleep because of noisy neighbors.

If you're going to have a kitchenette then there should at least be a coffee maker with supplies included. Elevator was dreadfully slow and the 3rd floor opening was extremely loud and squeaky. Could definitely need some repairs. Otherwise it was a basic room.
