Great place to stay staff was very friendly and room was clean

TV & bedside lamp were not working. Staff was very nice

They allow day-of reservations online, take your money, and then don’t allow check-in. They are unreachable via phone and are a complete scam. If you are reading this, I beg you to save your money and book elsewhere

Very clean and well cared for. They seemed a little understated, but the staff that was there was very helpful.

Came into a dirty room, had to leave my room so they could clean, lady at desk was very rude.

Cheap hotel for a last minute stay. My room had stains on the floor which one stain looked like dry blood and there was a dirty wash rag left hanging on the shower head. The room had no remote control and the tv didn’t even come on. Crumbs of food were on the chair. At least the bed was clean tho.

Not the kinda people you expect for the area or what it used to be.

Strong odor of Rahman noodles when 1st entering. Room had hot plate but no exhaust fan-used by prior resident but room wasn’t aired out to remove strong odor. Also had to contact front desk for new tv remote as one in room was visible broken.

Absolutely terrible crying kid next door and dogs and cats making noise all night told the front desk. They pretty much told us they couldn’t do anything. Would never stay here again definitely not worth the money or my time again. Would stay some where else and pay the extra money.

Staff at front checking isn’t open till 7am - needs to be earlier for those having morning flights

When we arrived at the hotel and got to our room there was no shower curtain no phone and the water was off to the toilet because apparently the toilet leaks onto the floor when we went down to address this Luci brought a small towel and said I have no extra rooms the water will be fine overflowing into the towel she made us to believe it was a small small drip, but by the time we came back after dinner the floor was soaked I slipped on the bathroom floor the towel that was used was soaked. We came back down to address it with the front desk she said we have a bathroom on this floor but I’ll have to give you access if you need to use the bathroom and we still don’t have any rooms available. That was absolutely unacceptable!

Rooms was okay, bed and pillows were average. But I lost my key while out and about and took 30 minutes for someone from the staff to let me in at 1am

I booked the hotel because of its online rating and good price point. But I realized we were very fortunate indeed upon entering our room - there was a kitchen complete with large refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner cook top and a sink! The bathroom looked brand new (no eww buildup in the shower!). The bed was comfortable enough to sleep on but could've been less firm. There was only a bar of soap and a small shampoo bottle in the bathroom. There was not a hair dryer provided or a box of Kleenex.

We liked the location for what we were doing. * Only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths were provided for a party of 3, which was not sufficient for our stay. * The beds shifted and squeaked with even minor movement, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. * The internet connection was unreliable. It was slower than expected and frequently disconnected. * The coffee provided tasted stale/old, and there were no sugar substitute options available for guests who don’t use regular sugar. Overall, these issues impacted the comfort and convenience of our stay and would be helpful to address for future guests.

Been there a few times and it worked for what I needed. Last visit there were a few outlets that were broken and almost no hot water for the shower
