Even though we booked under the montage name, the hotel met all standards even with new ownership. The property itself is one of the most magical places we have been. We are very excited to come back in the future with our family.

The views are next level. We enjoyed the pools, spa, restaurant and more. It was our second stay there and definitely going back.

We had issues getting towels at the pool and the AC in our room didn’t work

they kept us in the bar in excess of 15 minutes even after 4 tables had been open We had to walk over to tell them that tables had been open.

Our stay was amazing! I can’t say enough great things about the accommodations and the staff. The only thing I had a hard time with was the valet parking. The constant in and out every time you just want to stop by for an hour to change for dinner or something is a hassle with dropping the car off and requesting it again. Other than that it was fabulous!

Good rooms, no complaints, but the service and staff are terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, very poor service, the staff is not trained.,behave arrogantly.I'll start in order, my wife and I decided to stay for one night, I paid all fees and taxes through the booking site, it turned out to be $ 2000 per night.When we arrived, we were met by a smiling guy, asked for an ID and a credit card, while not saying that we had to pay a deposit of $ 500 on the booking site, this information was also not there. When I went to my account, I was shocked.Then it turned out that they have paid Parking on the territory. This is a 5-star hotel and a paid parking of $45. It turned out later. They didn't tell me about it, I accidentally asked, after that I raised a scandal and called the manager to settle the scandal, they gave us free parking and immediately returned the deposit. The story does not end there. When we checked out at 11:00 the next day and went to the reception. They made us pay a resort fee of about 69$, note this is in addition to the amount that I already paid including all fees and taxes, they said some kind of resort fee that is not included in basic payment on the booking site. Don't go to this hotel if you don't want to ruin your holiday. They will try their best to deceive you

Our new favorite Hawaiian resort by far and maybe the best tropical location resort we've visited. The 2 bedroom ocean-view villa was exceptional. Gorgeous views over the pool and ocean. Beautiful decor, comfy furniture, and especially the amazing balcony with daybed, loungers and large dining table. Kitchen well stocked. We could have cooked complex meals and would have had everything we needed. Coffee was very good provided in the room with a very nice carafe style coffee maker. The resort grounds are beautiful. The pool is the most amazing pool we've ever seen. Very private with lots of hidden lagoons. Loungers around the pool were outstanding. Large with very thick cushions. Towels poolside were the only thing I found lacking, stained and small. Loved the adults only pool but no staff seemed to do anything to limit kids access so there were occasionally kids screaming through the pool. Also, I found it odd the entire top level of the pool complex isn't adults only since there is a hot tub and a little lagoon area to the right of the Serenity pool which was full of families and loud kids which made the Serenity pool not so serene. Pool service was good not great. Definitely not attentive. In room dining food and service excellent. Valet/Bell services were excellent. Very helpful, always addressing us by name. Loved the private transpiration within the Kapalua resort. Very convenient for dining and the occasional run up to the general store.

We stayed in the three bedroom villa for a family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers, it was extremely spacious and comfortable! We loved everything about our stay and the staff were absolutely wonderful

The room was gorgeous - very well appointed, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They upgraded us to a three bedroom suite so tons of room. Breathtaking views. Pictures don't do it justice! Family friendly resort with an awesome pool and beach. I felt like they could have had more options for food on the property but I guess I just being picky but really that is my only complaint. Restaurants were good but quite pricey.
